Female Newscaster: This is a sad subject. But there is more information. And that is that the specialized prosecutor's office for women confirmed that the corpse wrapped in a blanket that appeared Thursday afternoon in a garbage dump in the Pánfilo Natera neighborhood belonged to a 13-year-old girl. We're talking about a 13 year old child who just recently left her adolescence behind several months ago.
This story concerns Rosa Isabel Muñoz Campos who was allegedly the victim of sexual assault before being killed by suffocation. But authorities have not released further details of the investigation. And although they did mention, and I hope that on their behalf it’s nothing more than to just have something to say to the press, the media. They mentioned that there are already important advances in the investigation.

Towards the end of the video there’s great trepidation in the man’s behavior. That right there is fear folks because organized crime is deciding what all they can say and speak out against.

@2:50 Well, everyone should take it seriously. Because the facts are that for the last 2 or so decades women are constantly being murdered in Juarez. To this very day everyone is still playing the blame game as far as that goes. Maybe those kids are responsible. Just like maybe the bearing of false witnesses is also happening there. And the actual culprits are getting away while innocents are being railroaded in court. As far as this video goes I see and hear a man softly complaining. And at the end he either sees something behind the camera or catches himself saying more than he should’ve while displaying fear. Oh, and why isn’t there an international outrage over the murder of a defenseless child that was thrown the fuck away like she was actual trash?

Investigations aren't very thurou and don't go far and many murders aren't solved, the majority are not...
One thing I find peculiar is, yes females have been killed throughout these 2 decades but in the last month it seems more females have gone missing or killed(a few more just got shot not to long ago)... Is that the solders are back in town, we know the exact same things happened last time they were here. I fear the police and soldiers far more than I do the cartel members.

The FACT is you don't know for certain if the man is expressing fear, you're just assuming he is and you don't know if organized crime is controlling what he says. Poor innocent girl! What a disgusting and putrid cultural phenomenon that’s been taking place in Mexico for many years now. This isn’t abnormal, it’s normal and accepted! Cartels are glorified even though their members are the main perpetrators of the savage serial rape and murder of thousands of girls and women. They are cheered on by many including the fuckheads on this site who cheer on the various cartels.
