"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
Gunfire was reported in the municipal seat of Mexquitic de Carmona, specifically at the main entrance.
According to the first unofficial reports, vehicles with armed persons were moving along the Mexquitic de Carmona-SLP highway, at which point they clashed with investigative police.
Two officers are said to have been injured.
At the moment a strong police operation is being carried out in the area.
The corresponding authority will be the one that officially makes the facts known.
