More than 100 kilos of dried herb, with characteristics typical of marijuana, were secured by State Police personnel in the vicinity of the former Hacienda Candiani and the limits of Santa Cruz Xoxocotlán. The drug was made available to the authorities for the corresponding proceedings.
Yesterday morning, police elements indicated that during a routine inspection carried out in a parcel store, they managed to seize a shipment of marijuana.
The police elements indicated that, the assurance of the drug occurred after the coordinated work with a canine animal, the dog through its biosensors located three packages with marijuana, weighing more than 100 kilos.
The drug was immediately seized and transferred to the facilities of the State Police Headquarters located in Santa María Coyotepec, to be made available to the competent authority, who would be in charge of conducting the necessary investigation to find the alleged perpetrators.
So far, there is no mention of detainees, only the seized drug, with this operation there are already three seizures of narcotics in less than fifteen days in areas near the state capital, one of them occurred in the Central de Abasto .
