Human mules, this is how they are known, were caught smuggling marijuana in Van Horn, Texas. The term mule is more widely used in the United States. That’s how they refer to them. The intervention was achieved with the support of the aerial security department.
They used their aircrafts to help border patrol agents in order to stop the smugglers with the drug shipment. In total, 8 packages of marijuana covered in tan tape were secured. Which had a weight of 450 pounds, that is 205 kilos.
After this blow to drug trafficking, the US authorities highlighted the coordination between the various police departments. Meanwhile, the detainees will be handed over to the DEA for investigation.
