This man is identified as the main individual responsible for the explosion in a clandestine fuel takeover of San Pablo Xochimehuacan, Puebla, in the early morning of last October 31, which has already claimed the lives of five people and currently has others hospitalized.

Sources informed this media that after the explosion, "El Callo" hid in the San Ramón neighborhood, south of the capital of Puebla, while his daughters said he was dead, to protect him. However, after residents of San Pablo Xochimehuacan pointed out him out as being responsible and revealed his links with the auxiliary mayor, Paulo César Juárez González, alias "El Fantasma", he had to leave the state.

Although neither the Attorney General's Office (FGE) nor Governor Miguel Barbosa identified him as responsible, an investigation and search was initiated against him. Ricardo N., was detected by ministerial agents in the state of Campeche and later in Quintana Roo.

After the Puebla Prosecutor's Office issued a letter of collaboration with the Prosecutor's Office of that state, "El Callo" was apprehended by elements of the State Investigation Agency (AEI). Journalistic versions indicate that, simultaneously, two people known as "El Gasca' and "El Garras", who worked for Ricardo N., who spied for him were arrested in the vicinity of San Pablo Xochimehuacan.

So far no photograph of "El Callo" has been released, sources assured that he was detected by security cameras installed in São Paulo Xochimehuacan. This is a man of approximately 36 years old, tall, with a brown complexion and of a medium build.

In addition, they pointed out that the auxiliary mayor was aware of this situation, but always provided protection to the fuel theft gangs.

In addition to "El Fantasma", "El Callo" is directly related to other auxiliary board workers such as María Fernanda C.M., Marcos R.M and Georgina S.C.

Ricardo N. has already been transferred to the Puebla entity to be placed at the disposal of the corresponding authorities. The Attorney General's Office of the State of Puebla also confirmed that it complied with the arrest warrant against "El Callo" and two of his accomplices, Miguel Ángel N. and Antonio N.
