A couple and their three young children were brutally murdered in their home in Tijuana in Baja California, Mexico.

All five victims are from Fresno and the father of two of the children, Victor Morales, still lives in Fresno.

"My first priority right now is to be able to get all their bodies home," said Morales. "We want my children home. We want the family home."

Morales' 9-year-old named Andrew and 8-year-old Anamarie, their mother Jazmen, her husband Jerry, and their daughter 4-year-old Sophia were shot to death on Friday, Dec. 3rd, around 8:30 p.m.

Since the deadly shooting, Morales says he has heard from the U.S. Embassy in Mexico and the FBI but neither has provided many details on the shooting.

He did learn getting the bodies returned won't be easy.

"You can't just bring the bodies from one country to another," he said. "There's steps, there's lots we have to take."

Even though Andrew and Anamarie lived in Mexico, Morales says he kept in contact by phone.

A memorial outside his Fresno home honors the five victims, especially the children.

"These little dolls that represent babbies, children, innocent children that didn't deserve to lose their lives to violence," said Morales. He also said that can't rest until his loved ones come home are are at peace.

A GoFundMe account has been set up to bring Victor's children home to be buried in Fresno.

Another GoFundMe account has been set up by Jerry's sister to also help bring them home to Fresno.
