Male Reporter: Francisco Javier Rodríguez Hernández aka "El Frank", Or "El Señorón", leader for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel in the state of Morelos. Government loves to receive bribes. But as far as giving reward money very rare. They would get the informant exposed and killed.
