Palazuelos boasts of hanging out with José Manuel García Rendón in what would be a restaurant.

The businessman, politician and actor, Roberto Palazuelos, recently 'knocked down' by the MC, has been in the eye of the hurricane, after aspiring to the candidacy for the governorship of Quintana Roo, now a video has been leaked where he is seen in the company of José Manuel Garza Rendón, former leader of the Gulf Cartel.

Palazuelos boasts of lounging with José Manuel García Rendón in what would be a restaurant.

The actor even hugs him, pointing out that the former leader of the Gulf Cartel has already paid his debt to society. 

José Manuel Garza Rendón was the head of one of the most violent cartels in Mexico, the Gulf Cartel, who in 2009 was released from a West Texas federal prison.

This, nine years after he handed himself over to the US authorities in 2001, a year later he was charged with 11 leaders of the criminal group, including Osiel Cárdenas Guillén.

Documents indicate that the former leader reached an agreement with the prosecution and pleaded guilty to a crime, although it’s not known if Garza revealed information to the authorities.
