Two detained women, the portrait of a couple of men and the search of a home, are the main advances on the abduction of five young people and the subsequent death of four, originating from the municipality of Francisco R. Murguía.

In reporting the above, the head of the State Attorney General's Office (FGJE), Francisco Murillo Ruiseco, recounted the actions carried out on February to date when the five young people disappeared in the state capital.

The two presumed involved in the multi-homicide were captured by arrest warrant, according to investigations carried out in the last 24 hours.

He recalled that on the morning of February 12, the kidnapping of Alexia, Irving, Natalio, Luis Ángel and Valeria, who left a nightclub, was reported.

So far, the official said, Valeria remains missing.

On Sunday, February 13, in the municipality of Genaro Codina, four bodies were found in a vehicle belonging to the victims, he added.

Murillo Ruiseco revealed that relatives of the young individuals received alleged extortion phone calls, in which they demanded money in exchange for information about the case. Upon investigation of this detail, there were no positive results, he said.

Regarding the search of a home, the head of the FGJE, abounded that prior court order was carried out in La Escondida, municipality of Zacatecas. 50 clues were colllected, a task in which more than 100 public servants participated.
