"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
Jessica Johanna Oseguera González La Negra, daughter of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes El Mencho was released by US authorities on March 14 after being jailed for over 25 months on charges of money laundering.
La Negra's release was scheduled to take place a month later, as she would serve her sentence at the FCI Dublin Minimum-Security Prison, which is located in San Francisco, California, where she was transferred at the request of her lawyers.
