This afternoon "Manu Vaquita" was transferred to the Metropolitan Prison of Puente Grande José N, alias "Manu Vaquita", who last Saturday was linked to criminal proceedings for the crimes of cover-up and aggravated homicide against former Governor Aristóteles Sandoval Díaz.

Sources close to the operation indicated that the transfer of the owner of the District 5 restaurant, where Sandoval Díaz was murdered, was carried out by helicopter, under a security device in which guards from the Directorate of Prevention and Social Reintegration participated in conjunction with agents of the State Attorney's Office.

The flight, from Puerto Vallarta, was carried out under the supervision of the head of Social Reintegration, José Antonio Pérez Juárez.

The sources consulted indicated that around 5:30 p.m., the night entertainment businessman was admitted to the Metropolitan Prison, where he will continue his criminal process. On Wednesday, during the "Mañanera" press conference, Ricardo Mejía, Undersecretary of Public Security, explained that "Manú Vaquita" met several leaders of the CJNG minutes before the crime in a pharmacy that is located near the Distrito 5 restaurant, owned by the accused.

José “N”, alias “Manú Vaquita”, who was arrested on April 9 in a coordinated operation by the Attorney General of Jalisco and Mexico City, in compliance with two current arrest warrants for having facilitated the murder of the former governor Aristóteles Sandoval, which occurred on December 18, 2020, at the “Distrito 5” bar, in Puerto Vallarta.

At the time, 13 workers of the establishment were arrested and sentenced to 29 days in prison, but after paying a fine of just over 4 thousand pesos, they regained their freedom.

  2. Puente Grande prison is a joke. I was there visiting a relative in the fall. It's more like a recreational area. Inmates are allowed to talk to any visitors, pinics can be made, and special requests can be granted for a few hundred pesos. Women can give lonely men their services there. This was all in "bad behavior" area. The main area must feel like a festival. Don Peque and his boss Arnulfo Valencia run the prison supposedly. What a place. The footprints of Caro Quintero, El Tisico, El Viceroy, Adan Salazar Zamorano, Reina del Pacifico, El Chapo, El Mochomo, El Guero Palma, Z-40, Mendez Chango, Menchito, and many more have been left here. El Damaso Lic was a guard here. El 85 Valencia was released and was a top dog running the prison. The son of Mochomo El Mochomito was recently released too. Word is he was a down to earth person with a hatred for the Guzman family who are his first cousins. Felix Gallardo is imprisoned here currently. They could almost make this a narco attraction museum
