Mexicali, Baja California: An Alleged Chapitos Gunman Caught Jerking Off

They detained him with a short and a long weapon, on the side of a road in the Camino Viejo neighborhood.

Agents of the Municipal Police of Mexicali intervened on an individual who identified himself as a supposed member of "Los Chapitos", who also -allegedly- threatened the elements, who decided to arrest him immediately.

The man was carrying two firearms, one short and one long, which is why he was presented to the Federal Public Ministry.

The events occurred around 4 a.m. on Monday, June 6, at the intersection of Héctor Terán Terán and Camino Viejo, in the neighborhood of the same name, where municipal elements observed a gray 2015 Nissan Versa car parked, with California license plates, whose operator was under the vehicle jerking off according to the police report. 

It was because of this infraction on the side of the road that they decided to intervene, but when he was rebuked by the agents, the subject said he was part of "Los Chapitos" and that "they don't know who they're messing with." Upon hearing the threats, they decided to quickly subdue him and handcuff him to prevent a possible escape.

When the uniformed officers reviewed the unit, they located two firearms, one of them an assault rifle, the other a handgun, which are part of the evidence against him.

The alleged "Chapito" is originally from Mexicali, specifically from Ejido Nuevo León, and is now under arrest.
