A man identified as David Efraín G.R. who on social networks calls himself "Drugs R Us" allegedly marketed drugs through social networks, was charged with crimes against health. The control judge ruled six months in prison as a precautionary measure. As well as scheduled a hearing for this coming Wednesday.
After an investigation, Judge Luis Flores determined that the elements to continue with the process do exist, which is why preventive detention was ordered as a precautionary measure.
The folder against "Drugs R Us" was placed in criminal case 2291/22. In which the evidence collected by the agents of the Public Prosecutor's Office is revealed. Along with the five million pesos in different drugs and illicit articles , which were located within the search of a house in the Campestre Washington subdivision.
It was last Friday when state agents arrested the subject who calls himself “Drugs R Us” on social networks, who allegedly marketed the drug within digital platforms, exposing a detailed catalog of what he offers, and his prices.
After the arrest, an operation was mounted to complete an arrest warrant at a home in the Campestre Washington subdivision, where several products made with marijuana, the drug known as wax, LSD, among other illegal items, and which were packaged for sale to the public.
The State Attorney General's Office calculated the commercial value of that seized merchandise at around five million pesos.
