'El Roca', Alleged Drug Distributor And CJNG plaza chief In Tenancingo, Edomex, Mexico, Is Captured

Jorge 'N', alias "El Roca", alleged leader of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation (CJNG) in the municipality of Tenancingo, was arrested, reported the Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico (FGJ).

In a press release, the agency explained that the capture was achieved in a joint action with the state Security Secretariat. 

It also explained that as part of an investigation initiated by the institution, state elements deployed an operation in the neighborhood of El Salto, where the "Roca" was identified and arrested, after he presumably fired a gun in the street.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, after a search, he was found with wrappers and a bag containing a granulated substance with the characteristics of methamphetamine, a 9 mm caliber firearm and a motorcycle without license plates. He also stated that "Roca" had offered money to the agents in exchange for not being arrested.

After his arrest, he was presented before the Public Prosecutor's Office, who is investigating him for the crimes of shooting a firearm and dangerous attack against health in the modality of drug dealing for the purpose of supply, as well as bribery.

The Prosecutor's Office stated that Jorge "N" was the head of a criminal cell in Tenancingo, originally from Jalisco, dedicated to the control of drug distribution in the region.

He pointed out that he is investigating his possible participation in other criminal acts and called on citizens to report him if they identify him.
