"Ivan' for Borderland Beat
Did a big fish of the Jalisco Cartel fall and that's why the fires were for "the success of the strategy"?
Last Monday, the Secretary of National Defense, Luis Cresencio Sandoval, stated in a press conference that the wave of violence that last week hit Jalisco, Guanajuato, Baja California and Chihuahua, and left a trail of stores, pharmacies, cars and trucks set on fire, was a proof of the effectiveness of the Mexican government's security strategy.
At the same press conference, the Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection, Rosa Icela Rodríguez, said that the causes of the blockades, fires and murders that last Tuesday spread terror in those states were already identified, "of which information will be provided".
On August 9, several municipalities in Jalisco and Guanajuato burned. Around seven o'clock at night, neighbors and motorists alerted about a confrontation on the outskirts of the Guadalajara metropolitan area, right on the highway to Saltillo.
That confrontation between members of the Sedena and members of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation unleashed a series of fires and drug blockades around Zapopan, and especially near Ixtlahuacán del Río.
Shortly thereafter, the flames had spread to the state of Guanajuato and covered stores and pharmacies in Irapuato, Celaya, Silao, Salamanca, Abasolo, Leon, San Francisco del Rincon and Valle de Santiago.
General Sandoval later reported that the two possible targets of the military, known as Double R and El Apá, heads of the Jalisco Cartel's Elite Group, who, according to information obtained by the Sedena, were to have a meeting that afternoon, were not among those detained.
If the Jalisco Cartel leaders managed to escape - some say they did not even meet - what was the reason for the outbreak of violence that set both states ablaze for more than three hours?
Among the torrent of confusing news that fell on social networks and media that night and in the days that followed, there was talk, not of a capture operation, but of the seizure, in the vicinity of Ixtlahuacan, of an arsenal composed of long arms, magazines, ballistic plates, grenades, homemade explosive devices, more than 1,500 useful cartridges and two dozen vehicles, some of them armored.
It turns out that, while conducting ground reconnaissance in the area of Agua Colorada, San Miguel Arcángel, Agua Prieta and the Las Puentes ranch, the military located a training camp of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation.
That is where the first confrontation took place that afternoon. According to reports, the Sedena managed to arrest six people.
In a report released days later, Undersecretary Ricardo Mejía Berdeja presented a report on the events that occurred between August 9 and 10, 2022.
The report contains the images, with their eyes covered by a black band, of the six detainees in Ixtlahuacán.
In those images is the probable explanation for the fire that spread like wildfire in Jalisco and Guanajuato.
According to high-level security sources consulted by this columnist, among the six arrested is a direct relative of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias El Mencho, leader of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation.
This person, a member of the so-called Elite Group of the CJNG, was in charge of the training camp in Ixtlahuacán and, at the same time, of the cells that provide security for the cartel's leaders - who only allow family members to take custody of them.
It is known that among the six arrested last Tuesday, there are two Guatemalan ex-military personnel. At least since 2015, from testimonies given by CJNG members who have been detained by authorities, it has been known that elements of Guatemala's fearsome Army security forces provide strategic training to Mencho's recruits.
These military personnel have been detected on the borders of Michoacan and Jalisco, in the camps where the so-called Pájaros de la Sierra, one of the CJNG's arms, train; real arsenals have been seized in these centers, as recently occurred in Ciudad Hidalgo and Jilotlan de los Dolores.
Did a big fish of the Jalisco Cartel fall and that is why Sandoval made reference to the fires being produced by "the success of the strategy"? In any case, the person mentioned above has already been indicted.
Rosa Icela Rodriguez has indicated that the causes of what unleashed the terror last Tuesday have already been identified and will soon be revealed.
FGR obtains indictment for 5 people arrested with arsenal in Ixtlahuacan del Rio, Jalisco:
ReplyDeleteIn a second incident, SEDENA officers also arrested Gaudencio Reynaga Cervantes on the "Ixtlahuacán del Río - El Sauz" highway, in the vicinity of the town of "El Sauz", belonging to the municipality of Ixtlahuacán, from whom they seized two long arms, 11 magazines, 531 useful cartridges, a suitcase, two vests, 24 explosive devices and various items of clothing bearing the initials of an organized crime group operating in the state.
As a result, Gaudencio Reynaga Cervantes was placed at the disposal of the MPF and subsequently the Specialized Judge qualified his detention as legal and sent him to trial for being probably responsible for the crime of violation of the "Federal Law of Firearms and Explosives"; in its modality of carrying firearms, possession of cartridges and magazines for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces.

I am thinking the direct relative of Mencho is Gaudencio Reynaga Cervantes.... or Gaudencio "R"....
Every cartel member caught should be shot on the spot
ReplyDeleteDouble R..... now his relatives
ReplyDeleteMÉXICO GOVERNMENT SHOULD FOCUS ON SNITCHALOA CARTEL FIRST, BEFORE AMLOS TIES TO THAT ORGANIZATION GET EXPOSURE.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry I don't read comments with all capitals.

Delete25 CDS labs in one week.
5:51 i do and he said Cds are snitches
Delete5.51 congratulations
Delete6:11 Well to be fair, those could just be the busts that the cartel gives the government. It could also just be the government going after mostly fentanyl and others synthetics, or it can be the government just going after particular factions of the Sinaloa Cartel. Either way I find it hard to believe that AMLO wouldn’t favor the CDS to an extent.
Delete712 If I were to point at the moon you would look at my finger.
Delete9:53 Thanks I guess
Delete6:12 some moron on reddit tryed to tell me those 25 where all plannef and I didn't know how the drug trade worked.
DeleteGuatemalan Kaibiles (Special Forces) are ruthless! During training they are given a puppy (dog) which they take care off for over a year, at the end of training they kill it and eat it .If theae giys are training Grupo Elite thos would explain thier cruel methods . Also remember a ppt of these Kaibiles were also hired by Lazcano ' s Zetas .
ReplyDeleteKaibiles are tier 2, not tier 1, operators and their fame rest primarily on the killing of entire families and babies decades ago. They were outclassed and beaten pretty badly in Africa in 2006 by local untrained forces. Some Kailbeles were even beheaded by the Africans who massacred them.
DeleteThats pretty wack
DeleteKaibiles are over hyped cerotes. Michoacános are more way more rutheless or should I say extremely ruthless.
DeleteMencho threatens Gautemanalans to work for him. That zeta bullshit you write about is also false. Zetas had a lot of Michoacános in their ranks till they tried to enter Michoacán and heads went rolling everywhere when LFM dealt with them.
5:42 those Africans are malnourished trash also!
All this talk about Special Forces and Tier 1 .Only @Sicario006 can give detailed and accurate information about Kaibiles thier tactics, training and weapons .
Delete6:34 A lot of sicario 006 info is inaccurate.
DeleteHaha I bet most of us couldn't pass 1 week of their training, yet we all elite Sicarios in here
DeleteNobody in this thread claimed to be an "elite sicario".
DeleteNo one said they were elite sicarios bozo
DeleteThey were trained by the U S during the Contras /Nicaragua mess
Delete@6:33 the only thing you said that was true is that Africans are malnourished also… by also .. you must definitely mean malnourished like most michoacanos … because all of y’all look like weak-ass low testosterone having indigenous creatures … like I said “los michoacanos no mas espantan a otros michoacanos” … I’ve never met one NOT ONE Michoacáno monarca mariposon that has made me think twice about slapping them when they start talking their bullshit lies .. lies like the ones your saying right now .. pinche michoacan no vale madre compa .. hasta zacatecas es plaza mas importante que tu pinche michoacan .. ruthless ? Anyone can be ruthless you little twat.. that gets you nothing .. necesitas cerebro pal jale pendejo and it’s more than obvious Que los michoacanos ni cerebro ni de huevitos y aparte mas feos que el culo .. 🤣.. aquí me la pelas pinche indio mal nutrido

Delete3:59 Gracias por defendernos lla puedes pasar por tu despensa de marichan con chile, pero sin maruchan
DeleteAtt: Una Sinaloca
Why in the world would the cartels take it out on the store/business owners, when its the police that's messing with them. Laws need to change in Mexico. Give life sentences.
ReplyDeleteHow are the “police” messing with them lol
DeleteThis is such bullshit … the violence In Chihuahua was due to Mexicles split between followers of chapiza and mayiza … Tijuana, the violence was AFO trying to take over Tolin Infante cells and turf .. Jalisco and Guanajuato can be attributed to this fag being arrested
ReplyDeleteYeah right… what happened in Baja had CJNG written all over it. Can’t imagine CAF/AFO pulling some shit like that just randomly over a little turf dispute.
DeleteCAF tries to keep a low profile, the chaos in TJ had Michoachangos written all over it. Michoachangos love the attention.
DeleteSo there are more ppl related to mencha in the mix other than 03 his stepson who is the highest ranking member outside mencha and menchita
ReplyDelete7:50 its a cartel bud, the bigger the cartel the more cartel bosses it has and well cjng is the biggest cartel so yea you do the math
DeleteNo seas mamon! CJNG can't even have people in Zacatecas and losing ground in Tijuana. They are spread too thin. Sinaloa has way more foot soldiers than anyone. Sinaloa is controlling what they have while Jalisco is trying to expand with not enough people.
DeleteMencho has extended family and several adult sons and a daughter up here in the bay area cali redwood city n oakland My patna knows one of his sons that confirmed pops mencho aint dead while chopping it up on speaker phone while I was driving
ReplyDeleteOh well, now we can all rest easy now that you certainly know what you're talking about....
DeleteThat's crazy, so back in Frisco when Mencho was looking like a home depot worker he was out there smashing the home depot tamales lady too?
Delete10:26 According to my Tio Chema and some relatives in Zamora, Mexico.
DeleteHe did die early this year, other higher ups are managing the cartel. Also they were told to act as if he is alive. But his spirit lives on.
Mencho is dead, where have you been watching Novellas.
DeleteMencho is alive.
Delete12:36 Ao señor de los 🐓🐓🐓 le gusta tu comentario 👍

DeleteOnly tier 1 operators in mex are American
ReplyDeleteIsraeli too
Delete@GsonoraN
DeleteActually, Mexico is the only Latin American country that has their own tier 1 operators.
So everytime a high ranking member gets arrested, let's burn cars, businesses, Tia Cocas home. Face it criminals, thiers reasons why people get arrested.
ReplyDeleteSo for example a known gang member, gets arrested for murdering 2 persons, should the rest of the gang, be burning cars, homes, businesses?????
9:20 I know they can't have it both ways. Bunch of lowlife's.
DeleteThey burn cars and trash business too after soccer matches.
