They live in Mazatlan but control drug trafficking and generate violence in Colima at a distance of 748 kilometers away. Alias Phoenix is identified as a financial operator. While the individual nicknamed El Piky is the person in charge of meeting authorities and managing shock groups. Finally the alias El Número is identified as the head of hitmen for the Sinaloa Cartel in Colima said the news media 24 Horas.
Forming his own cartel is probably The Commission from the Marinas, everybody knows the mexican melitary is nothing but greedy, specially the top commanders, they firmly believe they own all the patriotism in México and work to make it worth their while protecting the motherland.
