"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
Among the documents hacked by Guacamaya from the Secretariat of National Defense appeared a little known photograph of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes aka El Mencho, leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. The image published by the Union Jalisco, according to this media, appears in different presentations made by the army where the activities of the drug trafficker and his financial operators are mentioned.
El Mencho appears slimmer and without his characteristic mustache, he looks somewhat emaciated. According to Union Jalisco this could be a consequence of the alleged illness that has been seen for several years. In its publication the medium cites the other photographs of El Mencho that have been made public. Such as this image from his younger years. The record of his arrest when he was captured in the United States along with his brother Abraham.
In another of the photos El Mencho appears with his children Ruben and Johana when they were children. Regarding the rumor about the health of the capo who allegedly accelerated his succession in the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. The Union Jalisco reported that so far the hacked military reports haven’t revealed anything about El Mencho’s health.
However, the government said it has advanced investigations where sources close to the organization confirmed that El Mencho requires more frequent dialysis. According to Union Jalisco, the hacked reports from Sedeña state that El Mencho is hiding in the mountains between the borders of Jalisco and Colima.

ReplyDeleteDialysis takes a toll in a person. 3 times a week for Haemodialysis or 4 times a day for Peritoneal Dialysis. Can’t drink or eat what you want and although you can skip a treatment you just feel shitty until you can.
ReplyDeletePeritoneal dialysis can be done anywhere and ‘solo’ by the patient. Haemodialysis requires an inpatient/clinical setting, a nurse and probably a nephrologist as well. PD carries with it the risk of peritonitis.
As I mentioned earlier I worked with hospice for some time and the number of people who stopped doing dialysis and chose to die instead was significant. It is a horrible way to live, sometimes for fluid intake you are only allowed to eat 20 grapes a day. Everything you take in is highly monitored you cannot enjoy eating and forget about Downing a tall glass of water on a hot day, it is just not going to happen.
DeleteIf you do choose to enjoy a couple of glasses of water the chances are high that you will have further complications your blood pressure will go through the roof and your kidneys will have a hard time with excretion. From what I know the average individual last 5 to 10 years on dialysis, but if you are strict about it I think the max is 20 years? What I do know is that the people I worked with on hospice chose to die a peaceful death rather than living such a grueling lifestyle

While recreational drug use may be a part of some of these men's lives as soon as it affects their focus, attention to detail or clear thinking, they are done away with. As we know the meth produced these days is followed hastily by a quick downfall for those that become addicted.
I have read reports where 'higher ups' actually have to partake in regular lie detector tests, and urine analysis to check for hard drug use.
