"Ivan" and "Mica/DrivingMSSQL" for Borderland Beat
A photo speculated to be that of Ivan "El Chapito" Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar high ranking member of the Sinaloa Cartel and son of the former Sinaloa Cartel leader Joaquín Guzmán Loera is making its rounds on social media.
He is photographed with a woman named Citlali Morga, who was believed to have dated Ivan. When compared to other released photos of El Chapito, nose is the same, eyebrows position is the same. So is the hairline. Similar to other photos of Ivan, his shirt is unbuttoned.
Despite views that his father 'El Chapo's arrest would weaken the Sinaloa Cartel, Ivan Archivaldo has been successful at the helm of his faction.

A super guess would tell me Mexico consumes 15-20 tons. USA consumes 300 tons. Europe takes in 150-200. Canada about 30-40 tons. Australia 5-10. Asia about 20-30 tons. The rest are inevitable seizures. No one man moves the majority of that cocaine. Could he? Chapo did 10-20 tons a month. If that's the standard for the big dogs then there at least 40 other serious units pushing weight. This isn't even counting Bolivia's and Peru's production. I wonder which U.S. city takes in more cocaine for usage. My guess would be an east coast one

ReplyDeleteAs far as leadership capabilities go, I believe Ivan would be the best candidate to lead the cartel. He comes across as the one who can be tough when the situation calls for it to be tough. He is also bilingual and much better educated than his dad. He has a lot of potential, however the chapito faction of the CDS is too violent. Violence is what brings down the mafias in the U.S. As Mexican law enforcement capacity improves, this violence will be incredibly bad for business. So far, only the Mayo faction of the CDS has what it takes to come out on top. Mencho is good at laying low, but the violence will ultimately bring down the CJNG. If Mayo can live another 10 to 15 years and continue to lead the cartel, I believe the Mayo faction will come out on top of all of the cartels.
MAYO is all hype, cjng entered in all his lucrative plazas and this "super capo mayo" can't do anything about it. Mayo is a old man just trying to hold on a few more years but cjng is stronger than ever. To take down cjng will take more than a couple of years. Cds fell after many decades. Only thing cds could hope for is to capture mencho so the cartel can fragment like cds and lose power fighting each other.
