"Socalj" for Borderland Beat
A narco message appeared in Atizapán, State of Mexico, in which threats were written and several people, some with aliases, were listed. |
The narco manta was found during the afternoon of Monday, October 3, the message was as follows:
“This happens to me for stealing, extorting, killing, and kidnapping for "La Zarigüella" Javier Solis Solis, Reyes Roa Amaya, Francisco Javier Rensillas "La Víbora", José Luis Pastigo Ramírez "El Pastigo"s, José Raúl Tellez Bravo "El Rulo" and Federico Hernández Bolaños "El Zanca", together they are La Nueva Alianza.”
So far it has not been confirmed whether the narco-message was accompanied by human remains, as the first lines of the text suggest, or as is common when these appear. It should be noted that the Nueva Alianza group has been identified as a criminal cell made up of members of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) and members of the Union Tepito.
This newly organized crime group has been reported to extort merchants in the State of Mexico. Nueva Alianza requests up to 100,000 pesos for "floor collection" from vendors in several Mexican municipalities, in case they refuse to give the money they are threatened with death.
It was reported that Nueva Alianza has managed to have a presence in at least 11 municipalities, which are Cuautitlán, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Zumpango, Nicolás Romero, Atizapán de Zaragoza, Tepotzotlán, Naucalpan, Huehuetoca, Ecatepec and Nezahualcóyotl.
According to the first reports, Javier Solis La Zarigüeya, who appears in the manta, is identified as one of the most violent operators in the area.
In addition to extorting merchants, this criminal group also asks for money from public transport drivers operating in the municipalities of Naucalpan, Tlalnepantla, Atizapán de Zaragoza, Nicolás Romero, Cuautitlán and Cuautitlán Izcalli, who are asked for a daily quota of 60 pesos.
Last month, information began to circulate about the criminal activities in which the Nueva Alianza group is engaged, including drug dealing, extortion, kidnapping, robbery, homicide, and invasion of land.
