It’s another evening in Monte Escobedo, Zacatecas where an anonymous individual fell victim to the ongoing conflict between the Cartel de Sinaloa and the Jalisco New Generation Cartel.

Delete@ 7:53 that video you speak of is actually several years old. Some of us here had the video. It was too brutal for Chivis to handle so it was never put out. The forum had it for a bit but she took it down. Aside from that film there were so many others that if you didn't see them it would be easy to believe they never happened. Lots of morbidly brutal videos that could've been posted but never saw the light of day. They still float around online here and there. It's just very rare if anyone ever comes across them. The dog and groin film took place in Southern Mexico. It was said the guy was a rapist and that's why the dog had his junk in its mouth.
