"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
A man very calmly and precisely parked a vehicle containing 6 bodies in the vicinity of the parking lot of the Plaza Conquistador in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, according to the Attorney General's Office of the State of Baja California. The event took place on December 19th. The security cameras captured the moment when the subject descends from the white vehicle and removes the chains that indicated that the place was closed.
He parked the vehicle and then walked away. The State Prosecutor's Office stated in a press release that the State Investigation Agency together with the Forensic Sciences Department are developing investigation works under the legal direction of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Crimes against Life.
The independent agency also indicated that they received information from the Tijuana Municipal Public Security Department about a Chevrolet Panel van which has a theft report from September 24, 2022. Finally, it was reported that the Prosecutor's Office has maintained communication with the institutions of the three levels of government.
I hope the human rights of everybody involved were respected by the "three levels of government".
