The Mexican Government decided to mix things up and transfer 191 inmates from Cereso 3 Juarez in 2 flights.
Most of the transferred prisoners are from the criminal group Mexicles.
The transfers were the following:
- 41 to CEFERESO 1 “Altiplano”, Almoloya de Juárez, EdoMex.
- 35 to CEFERESO 4 "Northwest", from Tepic, Nayarit.
- 38 to CEFERESO 5 “Oriente”, Villa Aldama, Veracruz.
- 41 to CEFERESO 13 “CPS Oaxaca”, Miahuatlán, Oaxaca.
- 36 to CEFERESO 15 “CPS Chiapas”, Villa Comaltitlán, Chiapas.
I’m sure they’re upset. Considering they had all the luxuries in Juarez and close relatives/friends. No one will give a shit about them in their new home.

If they are getting separated, in groups. Wouldn't this make mexicles more powerful now that they are spreading

DeleteIt all depends on a few factors and what the Mexicles are willing to do to prove they aren’t folding. If they stand tough and start building a little reputation, people will want to join. The FEDS had this unintended consequence with the G 27 from PR (one of many examples) There are No Federal Prisons in PR, so the 27’s spread rapidly across the US and the 👍 are typically more violent than the Netas, which attracted new members.
DeleteIt is possible...this was the case with La Eme/Mexican Mafia in California. The CDC broke up the initial group, sending them to different state prisons, they provided money, drugs and support for them to setup and take over in those prisons too, and into the Federal system....the difference here is there is likely already established and probably rival gangs at those other prisons.
DeleteI don't believe that there is a general population in Altiplano. I believe that their contact with each other is pretty restricted. Can anyone comment that has reliable information about these prisons?

Weapons arrive to Mexico from Central and South America and China. Large numbers. Mexican Cartels ship large amounts of coke and various opiates to Europe and the UK in quantities that rival the U.S. Read a freaking book, and while your point abount Mexico being a fairly welcome playground for these guys, it is NOT solely the U.S.'s fault. Mexico needs to clean it's own crap up.
