Cans (suppressors) are better with the 338 lapua but with sufficient cover and timed shots to maximize kills of estimated combatants, the ill-trained survivors would desert their posts, and then Mark 19 grenade could follow with pounding on positions to destroy their bunkers.
DeleteOf course drones could accomplish same mission, but when the enemy knows you have capability to reach out and touch them with personnel on their terrain, it kills morale and would likely force their bases back to less effective scouting positions to protect and monitor shipments going north.
