"Ivan" for Borderland Beat
The founder of La Resistencia operated in Jalisco, Michoacán, and Mexico City.
Román Ortega | El Occidental
Elements of the Federal Ministerial Police served an arrest warrant for the imprisonment of Ramiro P, "El Molca", leader of the extinct La Resistencia cartel, who since December 2021 was sentenced to 28 years in prison for the crimes of organized crime, crimes against health in the modality of drug dealing in its hypothesis of possession of narcotics called cocaine hydrochloride and marijuana for commercial purposes, in its variant of sale; and stockpiling of firearms for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
The Attorney General's Office informed that the warrant issued by the Fourth District Court for Federal Criminal Proceedings of the former Inquisitorial System was served against "El Molca" for the crimes of kidnapping, extortion and organized crime.
Ramiro "P" is being held in the Federal Center for Social Readaptation No. 1 "Altiplano", formerly Rancho La Palma, in Almoloya de Juarez, in the State of Mexico.
El Molca was arrested in September 2012, in an operation carried out by federal police in Metepec, State of Mexico, when he was 42 years old. At the time of his arrest, an AK-47 assault rifle known as 'Cuerno de Chivo' (goat's horn) with gold inserts was seized.
The founder of La Resistencia operated at the time in Jalisco, Michoacán, Mexico State and the Federal District.
In the 1990s, "El Molca" was part of the Knights Templar and later joined the Valencia cartel.
He later formed La Resistencia after the breakup of the Cártel del Milenio, following the death of Ignacio Coronel, and waged a war with the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation until he was arrested.
"In the 1990s, "El Molca" was part of the Knights Templar and later joined the Valencia cartel."
ReplyDeletefelt the need to share the article but I feel like this part is wrong El Molca rather joined the Valencia crew in 1990s from an interview Molca said that El Lobo Valencia was his compadre.
Then later joined the La Familia Michoacana or at least worked together with the famous Chango Mendez
I remember in his interrogation he called Chango a 'real ally' so I guess take that as working together, right?
DeleteAlso isn't 2021 a very late date to receive a sentence, 9 years after his arrest?
2:34. In Mexico it's not too late to receive a sentence nine years later.
DeleteI wouldn’t doubt it if him and Chango were friends; they both have a face that only a mother could love..
DeleteKnights Templar cartel didn't exist in the 90's. Not even Familia Michoacana existed in the 90's and Caballeros Templarios (Knights Templar) broke away from FM. Knights Templar came out like in 2011 more or less from what I remember.
Delete@8:55 i believe youre correct,If i remember correctly it was La Empresa when carlitos rosales was around, back when they were Z/CDG associates then they became FM after Rosales was captured and Chango and Chayo took leadership. Then Disagreements between Chayo and Chango led to CT breaking off.
Delete@ Ivan, yes he started with the Valencias aka Milenio. He never formally joined FM, but did work in alliance with chango, recieving support from FM and some CDG forming a 3 way alliance/ group which identified itself as La Resistencia. Thus why at some point in time there was mantas signed La Resistencia- MFG (milenio, familia, golfo). All this came about after 85 and Mencho orchestrated the takeover of Milenio, and others not agreeing with it, arguing that Pilo (elpidio mojarro) was who should be next in line.
very bloody though the war between La Resistencia against Mencho-85-Tornados after the death of Nacho Coronel
ReplyDeleteTornados? Wasn’t it torcidos?
Delete"El Tornado" is an original member of NG. Another one is "El Tanque". Of course I could be wrong on a "Tornado" existing but 100% "Tanque" is still alive and active.
Delete"Torcidos" is what La Resistencia called CJNG because they fought over who would take over Milenio after the capture of Lobo and then his brother Tigre. We all know who won that war...
Nice explanation @ 5:52 but I’m pretty sure Ivan did mean Torcidos.. And I’m pretty sure they coined the name themselves, to show how “crazy” they are and instill fear.
Delete6:58 jajaja no way they named themselves "Los Torcidos".
DeleteWhy wouldn’t they call themselves twisted?
Delete11:01 to be called a torcido is to be disrespected, even more than a chapulín.
DeleteDon't you think if they had named themselves Los Torcidos they wouldn't have kept the name after smashing on La Resistencia?
*they WOULD have kept the name*
DeleteLos tostitos, con limon.
Delete12.38. No, I think he means that Torcidos is an insult, and since La Resistencia accused them of turning in El Lobo, though other people called them Los Torcidos, they didn't call themselves that. It's like saying that Osiel Cardenas called himself ''Mata Amigos''.
Delete@ivan that is grupo firme on you profile pic?
ReplyDeleteThat’s Vicente Zambada in the picture
DeleteI don’t listen to Grupo firme. Banda MS all day -Ivan
Es el Chavo del 8
DeleteI remember he said he only smoked cannabis. Tho his nose was clearly deformed do to so much snorting.
ReplyDeleteCarmen Campuzano 👃
DeleteHe had plastic surgery to change his looks.
DeleteHe mentioned he used to do hard drugs before but he stopped everyexcept for weed.
DeleteI seriously think they call him Molca because his nose looks like it a been ground into a Molcajete.. Hell, his whole face does! 🦉
DeleteThey called him el molca cuz his face was all fucked up like a molacajete
DeleteThis guy probably explains milenio cartels transformation to CJNG the best. His interview on YouTube is top notch
DeleteThis dude was mad when he got caught, he started snitching at mencho. His predictions actually came to be true. Cds and cjng are at war. Took about a adecade but it happened
ReplyDeleteHe also said Zs were gonna take over Jalisco and the world
DeleteUnder Lazcano, they were poised to take over most of MX.. and effectively the world (by selling it drugs)…
DeleteKnights templar did not exist in the 90s... In Michigan it was only the Valencias running shit
ReplyDeleteEl Molca El Lineas de a metro
ReplyDeleteMichael Jackson nose for sure.
ReplyDeleteThat was one thing about the Calderon era……. That they released all them interviews….. we got a lot of insight into that world
ReplyDeleteI wish those early 2010's interviews were back lol.
ReplyDeleteEl Molca, La Barbie, El Diego, and El Chango were the most interesting ones. Now El Fresa does it on his own without arrest. Brilliant marketing at the cost of exposure
