Los Guerra, Tamaulipas: Four Males Dissappear From a Cookout

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

Four young people disappeared during a barbecue in the town of Los Guerra, in Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas.

According to what was reported, their whereabouts have been unknown since Friday, March 10. For this reason family members decided to break the silence and this Tuesday, March 14, publicly denounced the facts to the authorities.

The missing persons are the host Hugo Rangel, 30 years old, employee of Elektra; his co-worker Julio Cesar Ubaldo Galvan and the employees of other companies Jesus Adalberto Palomares Guzman and Christian Rocha.

The mayor of Miguel Aleman, Ramiro Cortes Barrera, condemned the events and called personally and through social networks for state and federal authorities to join efforts to locate and return the young men.

    2. Yes and it’s a true story! Sheds light on the true lawlessness, danger and impunity in Northeast México region! More people should watch so they’re aware and stay the hell out of Tamaulipas and surrounding bordering states! Zacatecas is just as bad now also unfortunately!

    3. @6:32pm If these border states are so dangerous, then how do average people manage to stay alive? Thrive, even? You guys make it sound as if merely stepping outside your door places your life in jeopardy.

    4. @JamesBrown good point! I’m informed on how dangerous these northeast méxico border states are due to borderland beat, mainstream media, social media, hearsay from locals, somos on Netflix and zero zero zero on amazon prime, but my most reliable source is the level 4 advisory form US Dept of State, same level as Iraq, Afganistán, Somalia etc! Now how the average resident in those regions survive and thrive, we shall ask them to chime in and give us their 2 cents on this thread! I’ve heard first hand accounts from residents of south Texas border cities such as McAllen, Brownsville tell me that when they travel to Reynosa, Nuevo progreso, matamoros etc they just drive from point a to point b! Only in the daytime! One dude told me that when he went to his hometown, cartel stopped him took his cellphone away and on his way back same checkpoint returned his cellphone lol wtf! Another dude told me when he was in Reynosa he was in a brand new f150 and at that time the cops, the tránsitos there were unarmed due to the federal government or military or something disarming them pending a corruptions investigation, that they straight tried to jump him and jack his truck but he fought them off and got away and made it to McAllen Texas USA ASAP! Btw in TJ the Mexican feds years back disarmed the TJ cops and they were carrying slingshots as sarcasm protest! The most recent one that I heard was in Nuevo Laredo anybody with trucks crossing the border as soon as they crossed into méxico the cartel sicarios would extort them for $500 dollars or they would keep their trucks! Now I travel to Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada all the time and you see white boys in the streets outside Hong Kong red light district in shorts and sandals eating tacos at 3 am in the morning lol but them Texas border towns that’s unheard of, it’s a death sentence! You’re asking to get jacked or picked up or something! Hell 4 American blacks got picked up in matamoros and they were rolling around low key in a god damn minivan and they still fucked up and kidnapped them and murdered 2 of them! Episodes like that unheard of in TJ Baja California! TJ is part of the San Diego metropolis now! All sorts of Americans from Southern California, thousands of them said fuk it! Instead of paying $2000 grand a month for a 2 bedroom in the hood, they pay $800 a month in TJ and live like kings and either work remotely or commute daily or maybe they have some other sort of passive income such as social security, disability, etc but unfortunately thanks to that unfortunate matamoros fiasco the average all American Joe is gonna think all of méxico is like that which is true!
