An assassin from the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel narrates on film his threats against the Federal Municipal Policemen (Fedepales) from the Celaya Police Force.

His bone of contention lies in an ongoing dispute between the policemen who are accused of corrupt practices. 

And their fight for survival against the Jalisco New Generation Cartel that is suspected of being in league with them.

Today is Sunday May 21, 20023. This communique goes out to all the citizens in Celaya. As you all have seen here within the last days, weeks these sons of bitches think of themselves as bosses here in Celaya. And it’s been proven that they’re not. They’re nothing more than faggots, filthy dogs who are just looking to see who they can fuck over. That’s how easy things have become here. 

We’ve already initiated our purge against all these sons of bitches. Let it be made clear that we’re coming against everyone evenly. We just don’t give a fuck. In the same manner that you don’t fucking care. We also won’t be giving a fuck either. We’re going to be doing a purge throughout the state of Guanajuato. None of those dogs will be left alive. 

On my behalf I’ll make sure that those dogs leave Guanajuato once and for all. We already have you sons of bitches located. You guys cant see us. But we can see you assholes. We know all the bullshit that you’re out there doing. You sons of bitches think that you’re going to rebel against us. That just isn’t the case though. We’re coming after everyone one of you sons of bitches. 

For the patrol unit 7926, we're specifically coming after you sons of bitches. We’ve got you filthy dogs located. Do you sons of bitches actually think that we don’t know what you did yesterday?
