Clandestine Laboratory With 4,000 Liters Of Chemicals Dismantled In Culiacan: Sinaloa

The Secretariat of the Navy (Semar), reported that it located and dismantled a clandestine laboratory used for the production of synthetic drugs in the vicinity of the town of Corral Viejo in Culiacán.


Authorities reported that approximately 4,000 liters of precursor chemicals, eight reactors and eight condensers were found in the laboratory.


Everything found was destroyed on site, with prior authorization from the competent ministerial authority, for the integration of the investigation file.


The operations were carried out by members of the Mexican Navy, personnel from the Eighth Naval Zone, based in Topolobampo, Sinaloa, in coordination with personnel from the Sinaloa State Public Security Secretariat (SSPE).
