"Ivan" For Borderland Beat
On the early hours of Sunday May 28th, 2023, several videos where published on Twitter depicting a large convoy of armored trucks belonging to the "Scorpions" faction who are gulf cartel members based out of Matamoros. More than 100 armored trucks are shown in a video patrolling the city of Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, according to La Voz Del Pueblo and Halcon Ciudadano , both twitter accounts based out of Tamaulipas.
As of yet, there is no war between gulf cartel factions "Metros' of Reynosa and "Scorpions" of Matamoros. Los Metros faction are currently lead by El Primito and his brother R-8, Los Metros appear to be on the defensive, and more than anything standing guard in case "Scorpions"group lead by La Kena or Jefe 19, decide to make a move into Reynosa. A war between both gulf cartel factions would be highly inconvenient especially for Primito who is currently at war with Cartel Del Noreste in the Ribere帽a, and if war erupts with Matamoros that would mean fighting two wars at once for Primito.
The "Scorpions" of Matamoros are currently still going after any Zetas Vieja Escuela members left in San Fernando, Tamaulipas.
I also want to point out that I informed Hearst and Itzli BB contributors, that the Rio Bravo plaza was given up by Comandante Toro M-42 before his death to make a peace pact between Los Metros of Reynosa and Los Ciclones of Matamoros. The Cardenas family asked Toro for the Rio Bravo plaza and Toro accepted the conditions.
El Toro se quedo con mucho k era de El Gringo
ReplyDeleteLe tenia envidia al Gringo hasta se quedo con la vieja de g
DeleteWhy is it you Macho.Mexicanos.go after your Rivals wife? Seems like a complex problem.
DeleteWhere the hell is the military?
ReplyDeleteHalf the crew riding around in those vehicles are off-duty military personnel. 2/3 carry weapons pilfered from the military. And all of their lives hinge on whether a lieutenant and governor accepted bribes from the appropriate prevailing power. Corruption only works when it reaches the state offices and beyond. Ain’t no mayor quelling this imminent confrontation; but will suppress the news feeds reporting facts. Expect soaring casualties.
DeleteIt's Mexico, most curupt officials are in collusion with Cartels, as long as bribes come in, they are free to morph and grow.
DeleteSome youngsters in here claim, Mexico has a satellite, watching over Mexico, which would be 馃憤 nice...this was have been a good opportunity to use it, to send in the military to blow up the convoy, but no they prefer the cash cow of bribes to continue coming in.
Welcome to Tamaulipas
Delete5:59 - You made a small mistake in your comment. 2/3 of the guns they carry come from the good ol’ U.S.A.
DeleteWelcome to the Wild Wild West, where you can get away with murder.
Delete3:24 listen to what Francisco Zea has to say to understand it all better

Where have you been Willis? Mexico is the most corrupt nations in the world. Why do you think it’s cartels survive this long? Cause all level of Mexican government are protecting these guys.
Delete@106 — what rock have you been under, SpongeBob??
DeleteALL nations are corrupt… to say one is more so than another is trivial at best.
241 no bro it is an established fact Latin American countries are the most corrupt in the Western Hemisphere… do they research
DeleteI agree 馃憤 with 1:06 Mexico is the most curupt Country in the world, moreover high in homicides, yet the government of Obrador does minimal to fix it.
Delete@646 — who is responsible for the actions of a rabid dog? The dog, or the owner who lets them off their leash willingly?
DeleteAre you all seriously implying the US has no part what so ever in the what’s going on with the drug trade from MX??
@9:42 at the end of the day blood is being spilled for a piece of paper on the American side that is being printed every hour. What's that tell you. @9:24
Delete6:45 not even, before you talk shit do a little research, thats why you have a smart phone and google, if you cant use those 2 things you cant make such a bold statement
DeleteOver 100 armoured truck convoy!
ReplyDeleteEl jefe 19 es el mero mero !
It was 50 trucks if that bro
DeleteThey locked up the area thought scorpions were getting destroyed????
ReplyDeleteI imagine they are flexing for a reason… perhaps a new leader?
ReplyDeleteThose aren’t a 100 trucks, far from it
ReplyDeleteThey were counting each truck as 5 ... Prob never learned how to count .... Should of watched sesame street with the count ... He came up with some good shit he was like ..... NOT VUN NOT TWO NOT THREE BUT FOUR TRUCKS AH AHAAHAHA FIVE SIX SEVEN

ReplyDeleteLooks like we have ourselves a war..
Likely most of not all of those are not armored, just late model stolen from the US. Nothing about those days armors from that distance at night, and do t say bc some have lights, otherwise should we assume all gov vehicles are armored?
ReplyDeletearmored trucks are pretty rare and very expensive but you can't really tell without being close.
DeleteAssuming can be dangerous 馃榿
DeleteMost of them are armored and the model year dont matter
DeleteIf driving in a line and attacked from the front or back you only need 4-6 trucks armored
DeleteJust happy they have their emergency flashers on someone could have had an accident when they run into each other . Another bullshit parade of nothing. Now go back to mommas house before the sun comes up. War my ass , go to Ukraine if want a war to fight in dumshits !
ReplyDeleteGreat post Ivan!
ReplyDeleteSo who is going to prevent Jalisco from going into Texas through Tamaulipas? They have their own routes through California! Que.quieren.en.Tamaulipas?
ReplyDelete4:10 todo lo que va Para la east coast pasa por Texas porqu茅 llega m谩s rapido. USA LA CABEZA
DeleteMidwest and East Coast goes through Texas
DeleteTamaulipas border easier to cross than cali and nuevo laredo has more 18 wheelers crossing into usa than any other border city
DeleteThey are greedy and power hungry aside from Barbaric
ReplyDeleteGood find Ivan
ReplyDeleteSame crap if it goes through Texas or Arizona But that doesn't mean they have to infringe on someone else's territory But that remains with the Tamaulipas groups let's see what they do so if you hear a bunch of people in McAllen talking with a Jalisco accent at the Mall or as your next door neighbor it means they got through and more work for law enforcement.
ReplyDeleteNot bad for a guy coming up in the world selling joints in California as an illegal and gets caught and deported it's either the American dream or the Mexican dream.?
ReplyDeleteThe metros and the matamoros cdg are at war. The metros broke the truce cdg factions held. Rio bravo is the border between metros in reynosa and matamoros cdg and it belongs to the matamoros faction.
ReplyDeleteEscorpiones CDG Matamoros took San Fernando and Cd Victoria and Valle Hermoso from Metros and Vieja Escuela for allowing CJNG in Tamps and now metros in Reynosa are facing Escorpiones encrouching on the outskirts of Reynosa. The video is one of 3 from another site and the 3rd video shows the whole group in the brechas that go on for a mile or so lined with about a 100 escorpiones. Reynosa is the next Logical choice for the matamoros factions. Metros are already fighting CDN north in Miguel Aleman ( Frontera chica) and now south los Escorpiones. They will loose Reynosa for bringing in to Tamps CJNG.
ReplyDeleteIdiots for doing that than they'll take over the border with texas.so what do they protect if they let outsiders move in.
ReplyDeleteSo who let Jalisco move in to Tamaulipas? Bad mistake because they'll never leave .
ReplyDeleteThe metros cabeza de vaca and el truko let jaliscas in
DeleteSorry girls but CJNG aint going no where, so just sit back and enjoy the ride
DeleteEscorpiones 馃 more powerful and influential
DeleteI wonder what influence Osiel Cardenas will wield if he is realeased?
ReplyDeleteOr arrested like Palma.
DeleteSomebody got paid off or intimidated But hopefully the next president next year won't roll over for those guys like obrador unless it the chick from D.F.who will have her strings pulled by Lopez obrador when he leaves hopefully it's a PAN candidate.
ReplyDeleteSo why are they at war with ZVE?
ReplyDeleteSupposedly ZVE hid pantera 24 when the Matamoros faction went looking for him about a year and a half ago. Then they went into alliance with the Metros and Jaliscos
DeleteWhat about N.Laredo? They ve been quiet lately? Are they going to take sides in all the infighting between CDG allowing Jalisco in to Tamaulipas or stay on the sidelines admiring the view? Or they're going to call their uncle for advice down in Chiapas ?
