The Arzate organization is possibly aligned with gulf cartel "Metros" of Reynosa operating in the city of Cadereyta in Nuevo Leon.
The reputed leader of "Metros"of Reynosa is Cesar Morfin Morfin "Primito" who is set to have an alliance with CJNG, and is allegedly financing the current San Fernando war between Zetas Vieja Escuela against group Scorpions of Matamoros.
