Jalisco New Generation Cartel or Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación via official spokesman deny any type of involvement in the Tlajomulco De Zuñiga, Jalisco, bombings in July 11, 2023. A letter most likely written by feared CJNG leader, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes "Mencho" was read loudly by a voice (not Mencho) in the following video in which besides denying involvement in the Tlajomulco bombings, they send a message to Jalisco Governor Enrique Alfaro.
Good morning or good evening via this official communication , I am directing myself to the citizens of Jalisco and to the state government and federal government. I want to let you know that we CJNG deny involvement in the explosives planted in Tlajomulco De Zúñiga. Please look for those responsible and while you are at it, ask them about the mass graves since they are responsible for those dead that are found, and this is done so more federal forces are sent to Jalisco. Please ask the Jalisco governor Enrique Alfaro because his the most interesting in this situation because he has agreements with other cartels (Sinaloa). We CJNG have always gotten on his way (Alfaro) and we will keep getting on his way because we are not working the way he wants us to work by only dead body counts. My cartel does not work that way we do not rob or kidnap and above all we are not terrorists , we are here to protect the citizens and help the most in need. Mr. Alfaro you have more dead in the morgue, so you can keep showing your work because that is all you know what to do, so you can make us look like terrorist. I (Mr. Mencho) wish you all that the our lady of Guadalupe, and Saint Jude Thaddeus gives you much life and health to the citizens of Jalisco and the rest of the states

In my humble opinion, the letter that was read by a CJNG spokesman directly came from Mr. Mencho. I will continue to push aside the narrative that Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes CJNG supreme leader is dead. Mr. Mencho is alive, and this is not the first time that "El Señor De Los Gallos" sends a message to Jalisco governor Enrique Alfaro. Mencho is known for cockfighting, love for motorcycles, love for his family, and his very devoted to San Judas Tadeo or Saint Jude, a saint that is known to help in lost causes, and desperate situations once one prays.
Also, important to point out that on a previous video in a letter once a gain most likely written by Mencho, the CJNG leader expressed the hate Alfaro has for Jalisco Nueva Generacion Cartel or CJNG is merely a personal matter. Since his current wife, Mrs. Lorena Martínez, was in her time the mistress of an important element from our organization.

Thats Menchos voice. He sounds healthy. It's the same voice of the video where he's personally calling out Alfaro and he's sitting in a room with 40 of his Escolra Personal. Compare it to the infamous phone call and to the vide I mentioned above and that recent video where he says "lo digi porque Yo Nemesio she y do Jefe" or something like that. Obviously the call he's Screaming into the phone and he's pissed off but it's the same voice in the videos I mentioned

The National Guard patrols and the army do not enter the area, it is located in a relatively remote place.
