"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
Two American tourists and one Mexican tourist have been missing for a week.
Three tourists who were on vacation in Mazatlan have been missing for more than a week, two of the three visitors are U.S. nationals and one is Mexican.
The kidnapping happened last July 15 when the three were leaving the Clásico de Mazatlán nightclub, located near Camarón Sábalo avenue, it is presumed that the tourists were forcibly taken into a vehicle by people carrying firearms.
The tourists are Isaac Jesús Martínez, 20 years old, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and a black cap, Artemio Jameson Herrera, 30 years old, wearing a black shirt, white pants and dark shoes, and Martín Manuel Vásquez Jr., 28 years old, wearing a white t-shirt and black pants.
The report of the disappearance has already been sent to the prosecutor's office, and at the moment the investigation is being carried out to locate the 3 young people.
"In Mazatlan, there is an official investigation with a public complaint about this case, and they are trying to locate the three young people," said a source.
It is worth mentioning that there was no complaint from the families of the young people, since the investigation was opened due to the fact that through social networks the citizens of Mazatlan made the disappearance of the tourists viral.
"There was no complaint, it was initiated ex officio with the news of the fact when we found out via social networks, this investigation is just one day old".
If they don't own anything they would be fine has a American tourist who visits mexico i can assure you the Pacific or Sinaloa cartel is the last of it's kinda that holds honor and respect in a high bar but if you did something wrong you better pray because you would pay , one thing to mention is that in Sinaloa I see turist from 30 different countries every time I visit I visit every year

I guess some folks locals had enough and a yukon pulled playing old sku bukanas de culiacan granted them fools amd took them . DeleteI lived through the 60's. In American culture the peace sign is palm forward. I attended a law enforcement seminar more than 20 years ago and was briefed on law enforcement's knowledge of gang use of this symbol.
All of my grandchildren are grown so I am pretty far removed from their generation's thinking. The current generation may view this as a peace sign, but I know how it was used by gangs.
Also, if you have spent time in Canada, you know that this means "up yours" or at least it meant that in Canada in the 60's and 70's.
There's no way to tell their intent but the clothing, the attitudes, the flashy jewelry, etc. give it the appearance that they want to convey themselves as being gangster.

He is throwing neither, and not a gang sign. He is throwing up 'deuces', meaning What's Up, or see you later. Pretty common. In the US, palm forward is peace sign, but also a V victory sign (WWII) in places like Europe. In many parts of the world, palm inward is an insult, meaning up yours.
