Ovidio Guzman Denied Warrant Against Extradition Order To The U.S.

A federal judge denied a new injunction to Ovidio Guzmán López, "El Ratón", against the arrest warrant for extradition to the United States, which the Attorney General's Office (FGR) served on him after his arrest last January.

With this injunction, El Raton sought to stop his transfer to the neighboring country of the North, which requires him to be tried by a Federal Court of the District of Columbia on charges of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana.

The head of the Third District Court for warrant and Federal Trials in the State of Mexico refused to grant the son of drug lord Joaquín el Chapo Guzmán Loera the protection of justice and dismissed the amparo petition filed by Guzmán López, who is being held in the maximum security prison of Altiplano, State of Mexico.

Well what history teaches us from Sinaloas is that he 💯% will give up them, no questions asked, them chupapitos better get running and changing everything cause they are gonna get snitched out by Ovidio dor sure

    7. I believe they are going after Ovidio because they view him as the softest of the Chapitos. I'm sure they're going to put a lot of pressure on him in order to try to get him to flip. He saw the treatment the Mayitos got, so it might be tempting.

  10. If Mexico is corrupt to the bone and the prisons are a joke, then how come this .90 caliber cacique can't spring himself free? Could it be that, as creaky as it is, despite the uneven dispensation of justice, the Mexican criminal justice system works better that its detractors would proclaim?

  18. Ovidio should turn his brother's in cause I guarantee u they had a hand in him getting picked but made it seem like it was El mayo

    ReplyDelete
  19. El.mayo would have nothing to gain turning ovidio in .... It was.his brothers then they can take over his territory for themselves and.get the money for themselves

    1. 11:24 Your comment is even worse , they wouldn’t have gone to all that trouble trying to rescue him if they turned him in and handing him over there’s a great chance that he gets sent to the US where he would snitch and that would put them at greater danger to get caught so why would they do that themselves silly willy

    2. It's always a gain for Mayo when the attention is elsewhere.

    3. Fentanyl was being pushed and sold since spring break around 2004, all of the pharmacies had it in Puerto peñasco. I believe that is mayos territory, that old man built the fetty trade for the states then dumped it off to Edgar brothers. Edgar had the game on lock that is why he died by mistake from mayos henchmen?? He was removed and Joaquin? Pues Loera, ahora no es lol

  23. The way he is going, he will never get out of prison. Best thing is to get to the USA asap and squeal for a lighter sentence. The longer he takes, the less use his information

  24. His brothers know he's going tell. He can give up his own labs and a few others. Which nobody will be there and lots of drugs for photos and he can give up the current logistics of the operations of his cartel as well as what else he knows. Big fine and then he's a protective person of the US government. The end. Praying for Mexico and USA
