A man was found shot to death outside the IMSS Humaya with radios strapped to his waist.
The body was found on the sidewalk of the clinic on Enrique Cabrera Boulevard between José Limón and José Valadez streets at around 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 9.
The victim was seen carrying two communication radios in his waistband, his right foot bandaged, blue jeans, black shirt and a black boot.
Until this afternoon, the male had not been identified, but it is known that he is of robust complexion, light brown complexion, with a black beard and was between 30 and 35 years old.
But it was confirmed that he is Luis Javier Benítez Enríquez, alias 'El 14' for whom the DEA is offering up to 1 million dollars for information leading to his capture.
It is presumed that 'El 14' participated yesterday afternoon in a car accident where he fired shots into the air and deprived a 60 year old man responsible for the accident of his freedom." -@LaMaskr3
