Last March, members of the Federal Ministerial Police served an arrest warrant for Ramiro P., who since December 2021 was sentenced to 28 years in prison for the crimes of organized crime, crimes against health in the modality of drug dealing in the hypothesis of possession of narcotics called cocaine hydrochloride and marijuana for commercial purposes, in its variant of sale; and stockpiling of firearms for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
El Molca was arrested in September 2012, in an operation carried out by federal police in Metepec, State of Mexico, when he was 42 years old. At the time of his arrest, an AK-47 assault rifle known as "Cuerno de Chivo" (goat's horn) with gold inserts was seized.
The founder of La Resistencia operated at the time in Jalisco, Michoacán, Mexico State and the Federal District.
In the 1990s, "El Molca" was part of the Knights Templar and later joined the Valencia cartel.
He later formed La Resistencia after the breakup of the Cártel del Milenio, following the death of Ignacio Coronel, and waged a war with the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation until he was arrested.

What happened to his criminal structure, if what you write is true, regarding CJNG taking it over since first they fought against La Resistencia and then Coroneles? Milenio had an agreement with CDS, specifically in Jalisco and Colima, to work together to have those states under their control. With the killing of Nacho, Milenio knew CDS leadership couldn't be trusted and fought for control of the plaza and gained it. Another ace up their sleeve was an unbeknownst deal with RCQ and his allies which further strengthen their control of the state. That agreement still holds and has expanded to more groups. Molca and his allies fought against Mencho, 85 and Cuinis over who would become the Boss of Milenio, nothing to do with ICV structure. El Aguila Coronel inherited that structure and started fighting them with the support of Chapo and Mayo, even though they probably had his uncle killed, but Mencho and allies were too strong and with El Aguila getting arrested his group weakened and the war for Jalisco was won by the soon to be called CJNG.
