The Second District Court issued a formal arrest warrant (under the former honeycomb system) against Ramiro Pozos Gonzalez, "El Molca", former leader of the now defunct La Resistencia cartel.

Sources close to the State Prosecutor's Office informed that "El Molca" will be prosecuted for the crimes of aggravated kidnapping and organized crime against a person identified as Felipe.

Ramiro Pozos González is currently being held in the Federal Center for Social Readaptation No. 1 "Altiplano", formerly Rancho La Palma, in Almoloya de Juárez, in the State of Mexico.

Last March, members of the Federal Ministerial Police served an arrest warrant for Ramiro P., who since December 2021 was sentenced to 28 years in prison for the crimes of organized crime, crimes against health in the modality of drug dealing in the hypothesis of possession of narcotics called cocaine hydrochloride and marijuana for commercial purposes, in its variant of sale; and stockpiling of firearms for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force.

El Molca was arrested in September 2012, in an operation carried out by federal police in Metepec, State of Mexico, when he was 42 years old. At the time of his arrest, an AK-47 assault rifle known as "Cuerno de Chivo" (goat's horn) with gold inserts was seized.

The founder of La Resistencia operated at the time in Jalisco, Michoacán, Mexico State and the Federal District.

In the 1990s, "El Molca" was part of the Knights Templar and later joined the Valencia cartel.

He later formed La Resistencia after the breakup of the Cártel del Milenio, following the death of Ignacio Coronel, and waged a war with the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation until he was arrested.

  1. In the 1990s, "El Molca" was part of the Knights Templar and later joined the Valencia cartel*****

I disagree with that part, El Molca started with los valencia cartel under his compadre El Lobo Valencia. El Lobo Valencia was the boss of Mencho, Molca, and some say El Lobo Valencia and Erick Valencia Salazar El 85 are step brothers can anyone confirm this?

    1. I also agree with you Char. Also, the Knights Templar cartel started after 2000s.

Hey Char can you do a story on Mencho’s female cousin who started the war between El Mardona and Carlos Rosales. Anyone got pictures of her? Was she that good looking for these two men to go to war over?

    2. yes that story was told to me a while back.. what we can for sure all agree is that Osiel Cardenas Guillen gave Carlitos or El Tisico support in the Michoacan war during those times, and that is when you first started to hear about Mencho.

Mencho has always been a protector of the valencia family especially in the zetas war day.

That cousin of Mencho her name is Ines.

Yes, the cousin of Mencho was described as beautiful

Before El tisico or Carlitos was killed , he was hiding in Reynosa.

    3. Char you sure about El Tisico hiding in Reynosa before he was killed in Michoacán?
Maybe I'm wrong but when he violated his "supervision" after he was released from prison he was arrested in Michoacán. Supposedly he was forming and taking control of a new group in Michoacán.

  6. This guy El molca whenever he was caught predicted that the next big war was going to be Sinaloa against los torcidos (CJNG) and look at how right he was . He also described how los torcidos kept alot of nachos coronels cartel layout and that's how they got so strong so fast

    1. 5:15 he was talking about fighting in jalisco
I doubt he would forsee cjng on the same level as cds and fighting all over the americas for power

    2. 5:05 yep, Nacho with the help from Cartel del Milenio had become the most profidable CDS capo and thats the exact reason why chapo and mayo gave him up, he was becoming to big, there could only be one on the top in CDS and it ended up been mayo, Mencho is backslash they were not expecting, he outsmarted them, he actually knew since the beggining but never trusted Chapo or mayo, Don Mencho is in another level of cunning

      Delete
    3. I mean like both of y'all said 6:49 7:43 nacho had alot of power and alot of money pushing synthetic drugs and yes probably mayo and chapo set him up to keep that business for them burning really what is now CJNG keept it . Mencho is more ruthless the cuinis are the real brains behind the cjng.but it also helped them a lot the kept alot of nachos connects and infrastructure. If they hadn't kept nachos blueprint to say I believe CJNG wouldn't be as big as they are now .

      Delete
    4. 6:49 molca knew how much power and influenced nacho had . That's why la resistencia and los torcidos went to war . Whoever won knew they were the next big time . Los torcidos won hence that's why he said the next big war was going to be los torcidos against Sinaloa because mencho we wasn't trying to be under the CDS banner for fear of mayo and chapo turning him in like they did nacho

    5. Nacho snitched on armando valencia cus he knew he wld end up taking orders from him eventually.

    6. 8:25 mencho and cuinis didn't need nacho coronel blue print.
They were always 8n their own league but low key.
After nacho got smoked is when mencho and cuinis went after EVERYONE IN JALISCO. Who ever wasn't with them they were against him. It's all history after that, mencho and cuinis made a powerful cartel

      Delete
    7. 7:19 whenever the cuinis and mencho left michoacan in feared of getting killed they left to Jalisco to seek protection under nacho . Also isn't it a coincidence that every since the cuinis started getting locked up the cjng started getting pushed back in some states and started extorting and petty crimes. Cuinis have always been the brains mencho nl. Even to the point whenever mencho was making a name for himself people referred to him as mencho Valencia. Check out molcas interview

    8. AVC aka Maradona was the Boss in Jalisco after Tisico with the help of OCG and his Zetas pushed out Los Valencias from Michoacán. Milenio was the strongest group operating in Jalisco before AVC got arrested in Tlajomulco August 2003. Before him it was Los Amezcua/Cartel de Colima.
The next publicly known Boss in Jalisco after AVC was arrested was Nacho Coronel until he got killed in July 2010.
What happened to his criminal structure, if what you write is true, regarding CJNG taking it over since first they fought against La Resistencia and then Coroneles? If it was his people shouldn't they have united and fought along Los Coroneles against the newly formed CJNG? Perhaps they weren't as influential, numerous, strong or loyal as you may think?
Los Coroneles aka La Corona after the capture of El Aguila and El Changel resorted to kidnapping for ransom and selling drugs in tienditas. There's a story here on BB regarding what I'm writing.
Milenio had an agreement with CDS, specifically in Jalisco and Colima, to work together to have those states under their control. With the killing of Nacho, Milenio knew CDS leadership couldn't be trusted and fought for control of the plaza and gained it. Another ace up their sleeve was an unbeknownst deal with RCQ and his allies which further strengthen their control of the state. That agreement still holds and has expanded to more groups. Look it up.

    9. 3:59 you are 100% right, and people still think CJNG use to be CDS 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

    10. 9:05 nacho was always the cuinis boss and menchos . Nacho already had a replacement lined up and mencho and los cuinis didn't respect that . Hence the name los torcidos. Y'all put mencho and cuinis on a pedestal but if they were always so bad and strong why aren't they called cartel michoacan nueva generacion? Aren't all of them from michoacan.and before y'all even try to say I'm cds I'm not. Couldn't care less for them

    11. 10:54 Nacho the Boss of Mencho and Cuini? For arguments sake, sure, if you say so. El Lobo Nava Valencia, the Boss of Milenio Cartel, hit Nacho with a four piece combo in the months before he was arrested because Nacho was lagging on paying him some millions that were owed. Supposedly. Big disrespect to "his" Boss no?
Both Lobo and his brother El Tigre were arrested before Nacho was killed by SEDENA. Coincidence?
What boss did Nacho have lined up? New boss of who?
Molca and his allies fought against Mencho, 85 and Cuinis over who would become the Boss of Milenio, nothing to do with ICV structure. El Aguila Coronel inherited that structure and started fighting them with the support of Chapo and Mayo, even though they probably had his uncle killed, but Mencho and allies were too strong and with El Aguila getting arrested his group weakened and the war for Jalisco was won by the soon to be called CJNG.
Cartel Jalisco because that's where they're based, Nueva Generación because it's the successor of El Cartel de Guadalajara.

    12. 10:54 dude we have been through this a million times, partners is not the same as employees, the Cartel del Milenio bosses were Cuinis and Menchos bosses, and those bosses were doing bussines with Nacho! PARTNERS!!!! Look here boy im from that area and i knew all the cartels involved, so your little misinformation is not gonna work with me, go spread that fake news with the newbees they will believe you cause they dont know better, by the way almost all cartels back in the day work witn each other or at least let eachother work and not make a big fuzz, but there was a few guys who started snitching and got the big cartels capos get caught and everything went down hill, wont say their names but one of them is in Florence serving a life time and some

  11. A lot errors in that Story... for one Knights Templar became a Cartel after LFM had broken down. #2 molca was part of the Milenio.. but split when The cartel broke up. #3... Nacho colonel was Not Part of the Milenio cartel... He was CDS but his operation stemmed from Jalisco. This is when all of Mexico wasn't at war... but working.

    ReplyDelete
  12. And Molca did Not predict the war between CJNG and CDS... he was saying that ZETAS were going to come from the blind spot to take Michigan and Sinaloa. La Resistencia was working with ZETAS that's why him and Menchos went to war
