CDN dresses up teens-young 20s in matching uniforms, a plate carrier, sometimes a helmet, and give them a rifle & some loaded magazines in order to give them fake confidence that they're prepared for a fight with trained soldiers/somewhat trained Police, give them a bump of meth to hype them up, and send them to basically certain death/prison.
