San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León: The La Chapiza Mob Interrogate Three Captives

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

A new video of 3 kidnapped males has just surfaced online. It is mentioned that they belong to the Los Gatos Cartel.

Based off of what was released they are a splinter cell of the Beltran Leyva Cartel who have a presence in the wealthy city of San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.

They captives are accused of charging fees, extortion and kidnapping. What happened off camera afterwards is unknown at this time.

Video translation is as follows:

Interrogator: Give me your names and monikers.

Captive #1: My name is Julio César Ramírez Quiroz aka El Pablo.

Captive #2: My name is Carmaval Martinez Valdez aka El Debo.

Captive #3: My name is Hector Elliot Vasquez Valdez. People call me El Chon.

Interrogator: Which cartel did you guys work for?

Captives in unison say: For the Los Gatos.

Interrogator: What happened to your boss El 13?

Captives in unison say; He was killed.

Interrogator: From now on the kidnappings, extortions, and charging fees will not be allowed here anymore. No one will be allowed to come into the city of San Pedro. The only group in charge here will be the Chapiza mob, gunmen for El General. Do you understand this?

Captives in unison say: Yes sir.

    7. 12:08 Rey de Reyes is R1. I submit a corrido by Voz de Mando: Relatos de Juan José with this verse" y tu rey de reyes vamos pa delante, gracias Matamoros, un día me salvaste..."
El Diablo is not or was not Rey de Reyes. Yes his family was killed and decapitated if I remember correctly, it was said Z40 personally did it since El Diablo was optically wreaking havoc on Los Zetas and taunting him or the leadership.
R1 parents had already passed and it was also said when Los Zetas took Mier they unearthed their caskets and desecrated them. Zetas had no respect.

    8. Rey de Reyes was not R1. Rey de Reyes was the unnamed boss of el Diablo.

  5. Well at least the video didn't end with the dreaded words "this will happen to all those who" , that's the death sentence . Maybe these guys got lucky and were offered the chance to join La Chapizas ?

    1. @4:31 am. ORRRRRRRRRRR lol. Maybe they got tired of saying that line. ORRRRRRRRRRR maybe they were too high to realize they didn’t say it. ORRRRRRRRRR you are right. Lol

I hope that at least they didn’t suffer if killed. I mean that people here can say well they deserve it. ORRRRRRRR this and that. But that just shows that we are animals ourselves.

    3. @10:14 , it was a very "civil" interrogation though , the guys didn't look like they'd been tortured or roughed up . "Did you work for" could also translate as "you work for us now" , guess we'll have to wait & see

  7. Chapiza in San Pedro Garza? I was there last year, and not sure what they would be doing, there is some narcomendo there for sure, on the high and low end

    was at Mochomos

but other than safe houses and logistics, why heat up that plaza? Z's and CDG seem to have backed off, and it's probably mostly CDG higher level guys and Sinaloa players, low key.

but El Gato was the Beltran pesado who went down this year, these are his people?

  8. Well there has been rumours some cds factions are passing merchandise through Nuevo Laredo paying quota to cdn . If it was true it would make more sense for cds to start expanding towards Nuevo Leon. Yet again rumours so nothing serious

  9. Too many cartels to keep up with, taking out the heads of the cartels in the last 30 years seems to have done wonders…..

  10. I wonder what happens to your consciousness, when those high velocity metal (gunfire) enters your head and demolishes your brain. All I know, is that the signal (soul) is still "broadcasting", even though the TV is broken (death/body nonfunctional). Wew lad.
