"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
A video begins with a captive sitting on the floor being mocked and tortured. He's being held against his will by gunmen from the Cartel de Sinaloa. The way in which he's made to suffer involves a wooden stick shoved into his ass. In addition he’s also being forced to insult himself with blasphemous words.
Many people praise the CDS as being that one special organization that doesn't mess with innocent civilians. Much less bother anyone who isn't involved in the drug trade. But the truth of the matter is that every drug trafficking enterprise engages in the same depraved methods.
There is no one cartel that can be looked at and thought of as being less evil than the other. They're all one and the same when it comes to how they conduct their affairs. At this point in time, too many videos exist online of these drug pushing groups, showing us every shade of evil imaginable.
