Journalist Luis Chaparro shared on his social networks the first photo of Ovidio Guzmán López, alias "El Ratón," dressed in orange, prior to his first hearing before a federal court in the United States following his extradition.
In the image published by the journalist, Guzmán López can be seen confused, prior to the hearing where he pleaded "not guilty.

"Unpublished photo of Ovidio Guzmán "El Ratón" with a frightened/confused face minutes before his first court hearing on Monday in which he pleaded not guilty to all charges."-@LUIS CHAPARRO ON X
Chapo Guzmán's son was extradited to the neighboring country on September 15, where he is accused of five drug trafficking-related charges.
El Raton is accused of conspiring to distribute drugs, being part of a criminal enterprise, exporting narcotics to the United States, carrying out financial transactions with the proceeds of illegal activities and unlawfully using and carrying firearms.
The first image was released by Derek Maltz, a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) official, and corresponds to the moment when Guzmán López was on the plane that transported him to Chicago.
I bet now he wishes he hadn't push fentanyl on to our communities.
ReplyDeleteDon’t worry there’s a gang of homies looking for the opportunity to keep pushin that fent @7:42
Delete@7:47 exactly what I was gonna say big loads are getting moved around right now as I type this
Delete7:47 and 9:09 well maybe if he had stayed away from Fent and let the other gang of homies deal with it he wouldnt be in this mess, and yes nothing is gonna change in the game just the players, so does that mean they should leave Don Mencho alone? 🤷🏼♂️ thats what you are suggesting right? Cause nothing is gonna change if they catch him anyways
DeleteKind of a dumb thing to say.. He was a boss in a major cartel, the most famous of all things, irrespective of what drugs were sold..
Delete10:15 who you responding to?
DeleteNah he prob wishing he would of stayed in the shadows and out of sight, but that is what they know and they think nothing will ever happen cause of the influence they have ....but sometimes people are blinded by that and go to the well one to many times and it bites em in the as-
Delete742
DeleteAll these losers will be sad he got caught, they all think their tony montana the fuckin plebs
Don mencho wishes he moved at least 10 percent of what cds moves
Delete6:11 😂😂😂😂 Don Mencho is levels above the chupitos, and you are right he is not moving 10% of what cds is moving, (fent) cause he ia not that stupid, just look at el Raton and his brothers shiting their pants 🤣
Delete@9:28 : CJNG has also been in the Fentanyl game since the start.. Wouldn't be surprised if the Michoacano takes more of that stuff in U.S.A than the Menores at the moment.. While Ivan Archivaldo is having this "No Fentanyl Charm offensive".
DeleteRaton looks like me when I asked my homie if I looked normal after we took couple tabs of acid in public
ReplyDeleteHe's 32 and nnno m⁰atter how much he eats he's gonna be a grizzled old man like Guero Palma if he ever does get out. They have piles on piles of horrible evidence on him. His only hope of ever seeing the light of day again is if they act Ivan. They're going to protray him as the worst terrorist in world history and he has no defense. He'll forgot the billions to the US rat on all his blood and still get 30yrs if he blows the judge and the da. The kid is done. He 000ain't built for supermax. The only orgies are gonna be the ones ran on his weak ass.
Delete07:49@ rofl
DeleteLooks pissed not frightened or scared
ReplyDeleteMy exact thoughts
DeleteLmfao hell no. This dude is shook.
Delete7:49 😂😂😂😂 keep telling that to your self so you can go to sleep with out crying 🤣🤣🤣🤣 maybe just use his product and you might not get to wake up, like so many people have
Delete9:06 You are 100% right, he has ho idea what's going on and whats gonna happen, so he is in a kinda shock mode
DeleteNot in the mood to be smug and smiling no more. Not pissed. Looks more like 'ahhh sht, sh*ts gettin' real. Hard choices about snitchin on the way, and or a solid chunk of his life down the toilet
DeleteLooks like quagmire giggty giggty
Delete3:17 😂😂😂😂 Glen Guzman
Delete3:17 or Ovido Quagmire, i think they showed him when Peter went back to school and Quagmire went to his class to pick him up saying he was peters dad and the teacher showed him another kid who looked just like him, so Quagmire left and opened a few more doors and in each one there were kids that look just like him and in the last one he opened (the spanish class) Ovidio was shown calling him papa 😂😂😂
Delete@8:16 @8:24 hahaha I remember that episode also the foreign class children 😂 giggty
Delete@7.49. In the same way a petulant 8 year old looks pissed. He looks exactly like the other portrait photo taken in Culiacan that they made into a T-shirt/ silk boxers for US fanboys... Haughty, arrogant, and infinitely punchable, like a spoilt kid who was told since the age of 3 that he was inheriting an Empire.
DeleteEl pedo raton
ReplyDeleteSlap on the wrist, no big deal. He will be out a protected snitch like vicentillo
ReplyDeleteDon’t think so 7:54
DeleteOne can only laugh at the 🇺🇸 "democratic circus side show" 😂😂.
ReplyDeleteHe looks very scared. I don't think he'll make it so will definitely snitch.
ReplyDeleteThat's why those cartel clowns don't want to do time in the USA they act tough in Mexico but here they are no nobody's paying protection.look at osiel and Chapo.?
DeleteWhat's the official line on DEA/federal law enforcement taking trophy photos? Think it's all in the game
ReplyDeletebut is this just considered in questionable taste, or is this actually against any regulations?
Pictures, aside this one with Raton bothers me, again t's all in the game, I get it, he has to answer for it.
8:15:
DeleteThis is a violation of DOJ regulation 1-7.610F. They are not supposed to release any photos of criminal defendants unless it serves a law enforcement purpose.
I was surprised that the airplane photo was released by a retired DEA agent. He knew better than that. He probably figured that he was no longer obligated to follow DOJ policy because he was retired, which is true because he is a civilian, but he still knows what DOJ policy is.
If this was taken on a Mexican transport aircraft and the photo was taken by Mexican officials and not passed through DOJ hands, then it doesn't violate DOJ policy because foreign officials and civilians aren't covered by DOJ policy.
The orange jumpsuit photo is different. This appears to be his booking photo. This was released in direct contravention of DOJ policy whether it was released through the BOP, the DEA or any other DOJ official.
A complaint can and should be filed to the OIG.
Ovidio Guzman can argue that he was prejudiced by these photos in court. That is why their release is prohibited by the DOJ because they could prejudice his trial.
Most states don't view this as prejudicial to the defendant, but federal courts are more firm on guarding a defendant's rights. I'm sure this will piss the judge off, but there's nothing he can do about it because you can't unring a bell or stop the publication of a photo once it's on the internet.
According to SoCalJ the plan is owned by the FGR so the airplane photo most likely didn't violate DOJ policy, but the orange jumpsuit photo definitely did.
DeleteHe has no ground to stand on legally with those arguments. Without proof the judge won't even hear it. They got him in tons of torture for cartel benifit charges he's cooked
DeleteTheir posting his photo is grounds. It's a loser of an argument, but if he doesn't cooperate he might not get released in this lifetime.
DeleteDetroit, it's a regulation which provides guidance. It's not law so Mr Guzman has no grounds to complain.
DeleteIt clearly states "The Policy provides internal guidance only and does not create any rights enforceable in law or otherwise".
Detroit, please READ the DOJ policy. There's no LEGAL grounds to complain about anything.
DeleteAt least he will be able to buy from the commeserie. Sopas, coffee, toilet paper, stamps, chips, drinks
ReplyDeleteSnitchaloas
ReplyDeleteSo we big f deal.
Delete08:19 do you have Raton's inmate number? I want to put money on his books so he can have a tea party.
DeleteThey're all rats they just lie kill and rat on each other. Str8 scumb bags. Menchito is doing it too at least him and Vince Zambada held out for a while. Young Capito was spilling the beans before they even asked
Delete@4.30 , Vicente Zambada and Menchito ''held out'' because they was arrested with US agents. So they had nothing to hold out against, except bad food, anxiety, and endlessly polite Gringos asking them questions. They weren't taken to a basement to have electrodes stuck to their plums.
DeleteSame deer in the headlights look as his old man.
ReplyDeleteEveryone here in their feelings, dude is going to be fine.
ReplyDeleteNobody is fine in prison fool regardless of what they say .... they gotta put on their game face and act like they good ..... unless ur a loser u ain't fine with prison
DeleteHighe head Croocked eyes and jaw, body of a 12 yr old 😂😂😂😂 who in their right mined thaugt this guy was good looking?
ReplyDeleteHis money does something that you would never have hahaha
DeleteBro you really on here judging a mans looks ?? You suspect as hell !!
Delete10:27 that i agree, his money will give him a life sentence ifvhe doesnt snitch on his brothers, not my case bud 🤣
DeleteDamn poor bastard looks spooked out his minds, you can tell he was thrown under the bus.
ReplyDeleteUnlike other “protected witnesses”, the extradition process has included many photos of what he currently looks like. Unlike other cooperating witnesses, Ovidio and his current state are shown. The DEA is going to make an example out of him
ReplyDeleteUnlikely. He was extradited in only 8 months. If Chapo is on board with him getting out of the game he will get significant phone time with him and he will get face to face visits with family. After a couple years in ADX Florence he will probably do anything for a face to face visit or phone calls to family. A good sign that Chapo is encouraging him to cooperate is if he gets a visit from his mother. She is barred from entering the U.S. because she is the immediate family member of drug traffickers. However, that could be waived.
Deleteeven if he talks and does little time he will go out like chino in the back of a car or in a trunk
ReplyDeleteThat’s dumb big capos don’t go out like that
DeleteChino was a big capo.
Delete@12:23 No,he really wasn't.. Running few Small loads doesn't change the Fact that he was Just a Head of security to Zambada Family, and a Sicario..
DeleteI feel bad for his daughters and any other people affected by his poor decision making. He should’ve folllowed his brother Cesars footsteps and just became an “entrepreneur” and laundered the old mans money. I mean why sell drugs if you really dont have to? Makes absolutely no sense to me. I can see why the dad did it. But these foos coulda just balled out and invested all the money in legitimate businesses. Im sure they did but they also invested a vast majority of their wealth into the drug game. They’re all going to regret it. It be the daughters of the Capos that benefit the most. Look at Mayos daughters. Ballin off legit businesses.
ReplyDeleteYea that would have been way better stupidmof him he could have lived a nice life
DeleteYou saw it here first!
ReplyDeleteNot going to stop the drug flow . Now they will supply none stop drugs for little to no money
ReplyDeleteYo, the picture doesn't look like the dude in Mexico on the plane with glasses! Is that really the noble rat?
ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing. they look like complete opposites.
DeleteHe looks exactly the same, but in this picture he looks scared, thats the difference
DeleteYou guys are ridiculously stupid. Jesus. Lighting...angles...cameras used. They all affect photos. Its him. Stop with this stupid ass body double shit
DeleteChapitos start dealing with fentanyl in revenge of chapo's conditions in Florence Adx but they where playing with fire doing that and now there's the consequences poor Ovidio he should stay low key
ReplyDeleteSale of Fentanyl started few years before Chapo even got caught. If Mencho did it in 2012.. So put away your pompom's Male-Cheerleader..!
DeleteHe is gonna be true to his name!!! Raton
ReplyDeleteThat chap wondering when they're gonna accept his bribe or put a bullet between his eyes. He has zero concept of a justice system. 70% he'll hang himself before sentencing. Place your bets.
ReplyDelete12:54 nahh he does not have the balls to hang him self
DeleteHe’s got that look, when your picked to read a paragraph in front of the entire class.
ReplyDeleteLike coyotes… as a pack they are vicious, but when left alone they piss themselves
ReplyDeleteYou just discribed sinaloa people 😆
DeleteThat look is him imagining what it's gonna be like when somebody bends him over .... n if they are gonna be gentle
ReplyDeleteBye.. bye... spoiled bratt
ReplyDeleteAren’t we due a bunch of Mike Vigil quotes?
ReplyDeleteYou don't need Mike Vigil when I'm here. Sometimes I can be just as wrong as he is.
DeleteHere's one of my quotes,
As I've gotten older there are three things that I learned about getting older. I learned that first your mind goes and I can't remember the other two.
"crabbed age and youth cannot live together:
Deleteyouth is full of pleasance, age is full of care"
🦎
4:03:
DeleteBe careful. You might put Mike Vigil out of a job.
Will Raton get punked by the African Americans or will Latins protect him?
ReplyDeleteProtection for a price
Delete137 he's gonna get taxed by paisas and cholos, all factions. If he's in cells blacks will get to him too. These fools with corridos hit the county an PC soon as they find out it exists. Being Chicago they might have put him PC on arrival. He looks soft. Easy stripes for slapping Chapos son.
DeleteHe's going to be like a superstar when he arrives
DeleteThere going to be all over his nuts, believe me i been to county on many states and its all the same.
Capos get respect from the most part.
Except osiel cardenas who got beat up by Mexican mafia. But that's a different story
6:56 everyone is the CDCR/BOP knows chapo and Mayo where passing information to the dea against all their oppositions. No bueno
DeleteI can’t express enough how this goofie scared dude doesn’t look like el ratón guy’s look at the video carefully when he was first arrested I’m telling you this is not the same guy
ReplyDeleteThe U.S. government already has his father's DNA and will take his soon if they haven't already. It won't be to hard to confirm if he's Chapo's son or not.
DeleteAlso, here he is unshaven, without his glasses and probably with less sleep.
What about the trevino clowns when are they coming To US?
DeleteA lot is just angles, but weight loss too. He was heavier when he was picked up from 2019. Drugs and alcohol. Bloat in the face. Party life.
DeleteHe's thinner and sober now.
3:11 yea you should go tell the DEA they have the wrong guy 😂
DeleteHe got the look of a lab rat now.
ReplyDeleteI think he’s old news, the next one is in place and the drugs won’t stop… too many users in different countries. New generations of both cartels and users know exactly what they want and what they will do to achieve it. Sadly, this product will continue and more deaths will come.
ReplyDeleteFrightened confused face?
ReplyDeleteNo that's the face of pure unadulterated evil
🏴
Its actually the face of a drug addict who has not has his drug for a while
DeleteUnfortunately Ivan's probably holding ovidios kid hostage so he won't rat.
ReplyDeleteI wouldnt daught it for a second
DeleteThis moronic expression on his face...
ReplyDeleteHow do people slepp at night knowing that drugs are killing thousands of people each year all for profits? Then you cant live a normal life you are always looking over your shoulder and are constantly running away its not a life that worse than prison. And if you do get caught you are in prison more or less forever. Id rather live in america and work legit.
