"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
The events took place at 21:00 hours yesterday at Alcalá Street and Parque de Alcalá, in the Balcones de Alcalá neighborhood.
A gun battle between members of the State Guard and armed individuals left four people dead and two officers wounded.
FACTS
The events took place at 9:00 p.m. yesterday at Alcalá Street and Parque de Alcalá, in the Balcones de Alcalá neighborhood.
The state agents were conducting a security and surveillance patrol in this neighborhood and came across three units, whose occupants opened fire on them.
Upon repelling the aggression, the officers shot down four subjects traveling in a white Chevrolet Tahoe vehicle, which ended up hitting a house, while the other two vehicles, including a black Gran Marquis, fled.
In the exchange of gunfire, two officers were injured and immediately transported to a hospital.
One of the officers was seriously wounded after being shot in the head and was reported dead, but as of press time this had not been confirmed.
It should be noted that at the same time risky situations were reported in several neighborhoods of the city, such as La Beaty, Petrolera, Ampliación Rodríguez, La Cañada, Aztlán, Las Cumbres, among others.
The gunmen who were killed were traveling in this truck.

DeleteHey so once in Ensenada I was downtown getting aa bag of coke from a corner dope dealer before we went to a rave and after getting out of the taxi who's driver just introduced me to the unknown coke dealer a black truck with flashing lights pulls up we tossed the coke and he left us alone but what kind of cop was this ? This sh*t Was the weirdest thing I have seen in Ensenada.
ReplyDelete@8:31 pm The exact same thing happened to a friend of mine from Watts who was visiting Tijuana. The taxi driver took them to a drug spot. Soon after they left they picked up a tail. The cab driver stops, demands the coke and their money or they will be arrested by the cops in the other car.
