Rosalinda González Valencia, the wife of CJNG leader "El Mencho" Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, was sentenced to five years in prison. A judge of the Federal Criminal Justice Center in Xochitepec, Morelos, determined that Rosalinda hid financial movements between 2015 and 2016 in a bank account related to a car wash in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
According to Rosalinda's lawyer, Víctor Francisco Beltrán, she was sentenced for not having proven the legal origin of 75,000 pesos ($4,350 USD) in an account that is in the name of his daughter Jessica Johana Oseguera González.
According to Rosalinda's lawyer, Víctor Francisco Beltrán, she was sentenced for not having proven the legal origin of 75,000 pesos ($4,350 USD) in an account that is in the name of his daughter Jessica Johana Oseguera González.
Her defense has appealed the sentence before a Court of Appeal of Morelos, based on the fact that the Attorney General's Office (FGR) did not accuse her of intentionally hiding the funds, but only of acquiring and transferring them.
“It was not proven that the lady belongs to an organized crime group. It was not proven that she had operated with resources of illicit origin. It was not proven that she had laundered money and it was not proven that she had manipulated the bank accounts,” said her lawyer.
The first time Rosalinda was arrested was in May 2018, however, she paid bail of 1.5 million pesos, gained her freedom, and did not reappear in court. In November 2021, she was rearrested.
“In collaboration with the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) and coordination with the National Intelligence Center (CNI), an arrest warrant was carried out against Rosalinda 'N' for various crimes, who, according to the indications, was it is related to the illicit financial operation of an organized crime group, ”the Secretary of National Defense (SEDENA) reported in a statement in 2021.
Following her capture, CJNG members kidnapped a pair of Marines from a local shopping center. They were later found released and unharmed following heavy military operations in Zapopan, Jalisco.

The kidnapping was reported to have involved Laisha Michelle Oseguera González, a daughter of Rosalinda and "El Mencho" as well as her boyfriend Christian Fernando Gutiérrez Ochoa. SEMAR launched an operation that saw the arrest of 8 men allegedly responsible for the Marine's kidnapping.
Damn 5 years bet she is released earlier than that. I wonder if the US is trying to extradite her…haven’t seen any headlines that suggest that
ReplyDeleteShe's not wanted by the US.

Deletetijuana is full of rats and informants and some of the people offering jale "work" put you so you get pinched and they become free!! or worse yet you get robbed and dissapeared... best advice stay in school and eat your veggies!!
DeleteI’m sure the police/marines that were involved in the operation to arrest her , were worried about their families being killed , in retaliation. Weren’t the 13 or so police officers in a convoy killed because the CJNG thought that they were planning an operation to arrest her , but they were actually involved in a totally unrelated operation? Their only crime was , unknowingly being too close in the vicinity of Rosalinda, on that day. That women definitely has a band of demons(killers)following her , like her own shadow .
ReplyDeleteI think that was the newly formed gandermarine that Piena Nieto had created..or federal Agents that were ambushed coming into the area/state..they weren't actually conducting any operations when they were killed..they were very likely in civilian mode as they were only travelling into the area to be stationed there at that point for future operations directed at CJNG which in turn was aware of this and ambushed them...let's dispel some of these myths..we've seen nearly every group ambush the army with some varying success at one point or other..key word is ambush..without that element of surprise they'd get their asses handed to them..and they all know it themselves, why do you think the two marines they kidnapped were returned unscathed..the army turns up n they run whilst firing at the army.. but running all the same
Delete3:56 tienes razón
DeleteA slap on the wrist compared to her involvement in organized crime.
ReplyDeleteWasting money in bad plastic surgery is not money laundering
DeleteIn mexico do they give credit for time served?

DeleteIt was only 8 days ago that BorderlandBeat posted about the heroes of Texcapilla. This post garnered 146 comments in the first 28 hours. However, comments have dropped down to almost nothing over the last 4 days.
ReplyDeleteLike Don Alejo (Garza), we need to keep the memories of these heroes alive. We can't just let this fade into memory as just another story of the past. Mexicans can and will fight against organized crime. They just need the examples of the courage of Don Alejo and the campesinos of Texcapilla. We can all do our part in supporting these Brave Mexicans, both men and women and even children by mentioning these stories on various sites and posting these stories on various social media platforms. If you have not posted this story on any of the media platforms that you maintain or visit, please do so now while this story is still warm.
What are you smoking? You have no clue what’s it’s actually like here.
DeleteLoL. Detroit. Bro, you stopped going to Mexico a long time ago instead of sticking around, taking up arms and making a difference. Now you wanna lead the fight from the rear. Put your pom poms away viejo, you're too old for this shit. 🤡
DeleteA soldier is never too old to fight. On the positive side, if I'm killed in combat I lose a lot less of my life than the other guy.
DeleteI remember when my dad was about 80 years old and I was mentioning what I would do if someone messed with one of my kids or grand kids. My dad told me that if anyone messed with one of his grand kids or great grand kids that no one would be calling the police. I know exactly what he meant and now that I'm older I have pretty much the same attitude.
11:01 that's right Detroit. No need for police or paramedics. Call the coroner to pick up the carcasses.
DeleteEse don Alejo era allegado a mi abuelo y era medio malandrin.
Delete8:54:
DeleteI could never find anything bad about Don Alejo. Everything suggests he was a good and honorable man. You are just trying to tarnish his image.
11:01 Dame de lo que estas fumando. Estas haciendo y deshaciendo todo en tu mente. No has hecho nada, nomas dices que vas hacer vale. Si fuera por mi pos yo tambien le parto en su madre al presidente y le escupo en la cara a la mama de Mencho y delante de el para que sepas lo que es tener huevos....Y ya que termine me despiertas.
Delete9:30:
DeletePut down that pipe. You totally misunderstood my comments. I don't doubt that you have the courage to spit in the face of ELMO's or Mencho's mother's faces in front of them. It not only proves that you have huevos but it also proves that you are a fool. First, I don't know anything about ELMO's or Mencho's mothers to know if they deserve disrespect. I give them both the benefit of the doubt that they are undeserving of disrespect.
I worked on an ambulance in Detroit in the 70's and 80's and have seen a lot of people stabbed or shot over the simplest of things.
My comment was about defending my own children, grandchildren and now, great grandchildren not spitting in the face of someone I know nothing about or have never met, especially older women if they are still alive.
There is a difference between protecting your family and doing something foolish just to "prove" that you have huevos. My children and grandchildren are worth dying for. It's absolutely foolish to risk your life just to prove that you have huevos. I hope you wake up from your dream world.
Grupo Elite,Mencho Special Forces and Grupo Delta awaiting the orders of El Señor Mencho.

DeleteCanadian girl💋
😁
Delete5 fucking years thats it?
ReplyDeleteThe court found she didn't hide the 75,000 pesos ($4,350 USD), but only acquired and transferred it and couldn't say where she got it.
ReplyDeleteConsidering all the millions Mecho must be moving, isn't this a little under-achieving?
That's all the FGR could accuse her of. Little crimes = little time
DeleteMy PCR is acting up won't pass smog test.

ReplyDeleteShe should be Indicted by a US court and extradited to do real time like Emma coronel.
ReplyDeleteShe’s gonna e living good In prison lol
DeleteHate to bring it up again but anyone know how to write women in prison in Mexico ? I'm trying to write some of these sicaria narco queens down for butchering the op's can't seem to figure out how the Mexican penal system handles writing inmates.
ReplyDeleteLet me know when you find out. I need me a queen like that too.
DeleteYou're getting pretty desperate when you're looking for women in prison. The two worst places to find a good woman are either in a bar or in prison. It's better to join a church group and take your time to find a woman who will stand by you through thick and thin.
Delete10:55 He wants the bad lady type, that has tattoos all over, that turns him on, not the church going type.😂

They paid the courts under the table or the judge like 10million .... And a manicure ... Then they said take it or u will pay and they went si senor si senora whatever u want we are at ur service
ReplyDeleteMoney laundering is pervasive here so this type of prosecution is pretty rare. She was definitely targeted.
ReplyDeleteWho did she snitch on? Doesn’t matter at this point, she’ll be extradited within a year.
ReplyDeleteStop talking out of your ass, lmao. She isn't even wanted by the US.
DeleteI kinda doubt it she's been in custody for a while and no attempt to extradite her
DeleteUn demonio igual que suentado mencho
ReplyDeleteMoney talks, this lady is all business 💯
ReplyDeleteAlways wondered why El Mencho and CJNG never tried to free her either with violence or by paying off govt or law enforcement officials.
