"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
On the outskirts of Hermosillo, Sonora, there was a shootout between armed forces and hitmen that left six people dead. Elements of the three orders of government initiated a chase against suspicious vehicles.
The alleged gunmen fled towards the coast of Hermosillo, but when they reached the area known as Siete Cerros, they were cornered and began to shoot at the agents.
The police repelled the aggression, leaving six people dead. Two members of the ministerial criminal investigation agency were injured. They are reported to be out of danger. Six vehicles, assault rifles, a Barret 50 Cal rifle, and magazines were seized.
The place of the shooting is an area heavily used by the inhabitants of the western rural area and also by tourists visiting Bahía de Kino. We are going to present this video of a family that got caught in the crossfire.
Update: The state Attorney General's Office released a statement which alleges that 12 were killed.
Mexico has probably to shortest life span with an average of 40-45 yrs yrs. The shortest in Milky Way galaxy. Way to go meheco, you got that the achieving award.
ReplyDeleteThe average life span in Mexico is 75 years
DeleteSpelled Mexico Mijo.
Delete11:43 - According to the world health organization, the average life span in Mexico is 76 years.
DeleteIgnorance is bliss
DeletePeople online claiming Ivan Archivaldo Guzman was attacked. Blog del Narco also put out an article saying this.

DeleteThere were 12 dead and the authorities arrested the son of El Cazador. They tried to rescue him and you see the outcome, it has nothing to do with Ivan...
Delete@12:06 this shooting was Ivan Gutierrez (El Cejas Pobladas) nephew of Chapo Guzman and cousin to Ivan Archivaldo Guzman.. they been living in Hermosillo, Sonora for many years.
DeleteIf it's true or not oh well but this page is reporting they where after Ivan too. But it could also be Cazadores

😎
@12:33 Nah, it's on Sonora Informativo also. They captured the son of El Cazador
DeleteMan that could be him hiding there specially by Khino it’s nice over there I was in Hermosillo this past October shit was calm you didn’t see no police or GN or military like in other states in Mexico they usually are everywhere not doing shit but you see them everywhere doing patrols and checkpoints but not Hermosillo I saw 1 cop car in the 5 days I was there and I did the whole tourist thing while out there went out everyday even at night
DeleteThe 1st paragraph says it left 6 people dead.
ReplyDeleteThe news caster failed to mention the name of the cartel and on which side suffered 6 deaths.
Cazadoras fueron 12 muertos no 6 no cuentan sus bajas
ReplyDeleteAnyone here know of any ongoing cartel activity in Kino? I want to go but my butt puckers at the thought.
ReplyDeleteThey went after IVAN GUTIERREZ (el Cejas Pobladas) cousin to Ivan Archivaldo Guzman Salazar. I don't know if this is related but right now in Sonora you got Chapiza-Pelones vs Cazadores-Salazars fighting for Caborca and Sonoyta... This battles may extend to other areas of Sonora.
ReplyDeleteHow does this happen? If you have un trained people in convoys why do 1 of them have a barret and not ready to use at a seconds notice. Why don't they use the grenades they are always caught with. This is so confusing why they have so much better munitions and loose
ReplyDelete1232 no training bronie. Sicario 006 is the only cartel operator trained in Israel. When the first shot is fired, some of these CDS gilbertonas freeze up and die praying to Malverde.
Delete1232 the training plays a huge role. Just like in other sport. The more you practice. The less cha cars of mistakes. The more you become autonomic ( meaning you react automatically ) I took offensive and defensive shooting down in Miami. And just getting used to thing like recoil and how to adjust and ain’t correctly etc. takes trial and error. You can have the best weapons but if you can’t shoot cause you freeze or you wonderful weapon jams. You forget to remove safety etc. you’re fucked.

ReplyDeleteThe route is always open for business. The coast is clear for many, and its many remote routes that can take you north and south, but especially to the coastline; many travel, smuggle, and re-route operations for meetings there
ReplyDeleteI remember when Sonora was peaceful and safe. Seems like when one war ends another one starts, they must really hate peace.
ReplyDeleteThey pretty much took out Caborca cartel but now they’re fighting amongst themselves to see who’s controlling those territories
DeleteInfo been confirmed that they got “El Chubeto”, son of El Cazador.
ReplyDeleteBuddy chubeto n cazador is the same guy ..
DeleteCazador is el 15 chubeto is 90, brothers from Altar, Sonora

There is so much information out there now you just have to look a bit. I have thought about asking to become an administrator but I don't know. Anyway thank you for your support.

No manches. That video is crazy. Poor babies.
ReplyDeleteNo arrest were made, just death sicarios. Bribed police but nevertheless good work, nothing to be paroled by a judge.
ReplyDeleteJajaja. A qué gente mitotera. Oyen los cuetazos y ahí siguen grabando con el pinche celular bien fijo en vez de resguardarse de los plomazos. No mamen bartolos!!!
ReplyDeletePictures of weapons involved here: https://www.radarsonora.com/fueron-12-los-muertos-en-enfrentamientos-ayer-en-carretera-bahia-kino/ Radar usually pulls this stuff from official government accounts/statements on Twitter and Facebook. Don't have time to track it down myself.
