Mexico's Attorney General's Office (FGR) extradited Humberto Arredondo Soto, the alleged leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, to the United States Government, who is wanted by the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania for the crime of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine.

In a press release, the Mexican Government granted the extradition of Arredondo Soto to its counterpart in the United States, after the efforts of the Attorney General's Office. The fugitive was handed over at the International Airport of Toluca City, State of Mexico, to the US agents designated for his final transfer to Pennsylvania.

"Humberto "A" is identified as one of the main drug suppliers for a criminal organization in Phoenix, Arizona. Between April 2022 and January 2023, the extraditable trafficked large quantities of cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine from Mexico for distribution in the United States of America," says the Attorney General's Office.

In August 2023, Arredondo Soto was located in a property located in the town of Guadalupe Victoria, municipality of Culiacán, which was used for illicit activities.

Humberto was arrested along with his possible accomplice, Jesús Balbino López Soto, on August 2 in a joint operation by the National Guard (GN), the National Defense Secretariat (Sedena), the National Intelligence Center (CNI) and the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC), and the Attorney General's Office (FGR).

  6. Only reason they're calling him a boss is because he was pushing fentanyl. Now they're extraditing him to make an example out of him. He's going away for 20 years minimum.

    1. An extradition this quick generally indicates cooperation. There's a good chance he has already given up a lot of intel on CDS.

Even if he somehow beats the rap in the federal case, he still stands accused of letting himself be photographed sheepishly holding a Tecate Lite in his mitt..

    4. No no, i think that guy is talking about "El Coortiis", an older white or white and mexican guy. May be undercover DEA or FBI, been around long time, a drug broker i think, also has direct connections to Colombians. Worked with John Holmes in Cali in his younger days in them movies.

    1. 12:52 😂😂 so if I'm not mistaken Mexico has 6 States that border the USA and out of those 6 border states CJNG has presence in what 2 or tops 3 states out of the 6 . There is 4 American states that border Mexico and what CJNG probably has presence maybe in 2 of the 4 . CJNG is too over hyped. They started believing their own corridos 😂

    2. The good majority of Mexicans in AZ are from Sonora or Sinaloa. If CJNG is bringing loads into AZ that means they have cells in Nogales, Argua prieta or Sonora which I doubt. Or could be paying piso to the CDS plaza bosses. They’re probably good with California, Texas and countries that are not the United States. I’d have to assume they mostly produce and wholesale meth to traffickers that take it through TJ as they definitely have a presence in Southern California.

  19. These DTOs are not vertically integrated so as to avoid RICO and Extradición. It only takes 3 people to form a group. Each person only knows 1 maybe 2 others. All you need is a connection to buy from and someone to sell to, that would be wholesaling. If you are stupid enough to sell the stuff on the street or to the public you will get caught or killed even if you are a construction contractor or landscape contractor on your day job. Thousands of white americans doing this in every state in USA.

  20. I have heard that big hazardous waste disposal companies in California are transporting large loads of illicit narcotics. Really smart and have never been busted. Who in his right mind is going to search inside a truck load of hazardous waste? Ingenious,

  21. Another thing they are doing is taking vintage cars down to México to remodel and they come back loaded with narcotics. Perfect cover.
