"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

The woman, considered highly dangerous, is accused of committing crimes of criminal association, against health and arms trafficking.

Dulce Raquel “N”, a member of the Sinaloa Cartel, was captured this February 16 in Tijuana by Agents of the

International Liaison Group of the State Citizen Security Force (FESC) in coordination with elements of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).

According to the Secretariat of Citizen Security of Baja California (SSCBC), this woman has a formal order for extradition to the United States, for the crime of criminal association, crimes against health and the crime of arms trafficking.

The security agency highlighted in a statement that thanks to intelligence and investigation work by SSCBC officers, they located Dulce Ranquel on Brasil Avenue, in the Marrón neighborhood, in the border city.

Dulce Raquel “N is identified by Interpol and the Attorney General's Office (FGR) as an “alleged criminal with a high degree of danger” for which an arrest warrant was issued for extradition purposes.

Dulce Raquel, according to the authorities, has a previous arrest on February 19, 2019, when agents from the Customs and Border Protection Office (CBPO) assigned to the Port of Entry (POE) of San Ysidro, California, observed that she intended to enter the United States aboard a white Jeep Cherokee truck, model 2011.

This woman was transferred to Mexico City.

"She indicated that the reason for the visit to the neighboring country was to make purchases at the Las Americas Outlets establishment. However, the CBPO officers detected that the truck's spare tire had anomalies, sending it to a secondary inspection where they located 30 brick-shaped packages wrapped in cellophane plastic, which tested positive for methamphetamine. The contraband had a total weight of 16.22 kilograms,” says the statement from the state security agency.

Meanwhile, it was reported that Dulce Raquel was placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry of the Federation, which will follow up on the extradition process.

Unofficial information obtained by Infobae México indicates that Dulce Raquel belongs to the Sinaloa Cartel, it was announced that this person was immediately transferred to Mexico City where she will be at the disposal of the Public Ministry.

  3. Fuck Interpol! A bunch of disgusting lying liberals mainly from Western Europe. They are much more invested in catching drug dealers and not so much sexual predators! Typical filthy liberal policies!

    1. How do we know this girl isn't a lying liberal herself, probably guilty not only of drug charges, but of the horrendous evil of drinking babies' blood (guacala!), and now has to face the music..

    2. 60 Minutos just did a story how Russia trolls Interpol. Interpol falls for it all the time. They have to wise up.

    3. russia is actually "banned" from the interpol systems, they can make only requests, each is indivually verified. Because of that.

  4. how does she get an interpol notice for trying to cross 20 kilos of meth?

So she gets picked up for the attempted importation in 2019, and then maybe released, and then the indictment is filed and she's a fugitive, then the Interpol Red notice?

or she's on an indictment in the US is what they are saying?

  5. Interpol put notice because the case raised Red flags, that she can be a flight risk to Spain.

  7. A lot of Sinaloa errand traffickers have been arrested lately. V. Zambada testified they usually give up/snitch on some of their own people to make it seem law enforcement is working.

  10. Being a load driver in 2019 does not make you dangerous. Maybe she got dick down by someone the Feds want. Otherwise someone just drop her name to stay out of jail. Stop using cell lines the Feds #1 resource to incriminate dumbasses. Stop telling CBP that you are going to Las Americas mine as well tell them where the load is located.

    1. Refrain from having nervous eye tics or touching your nose or hair while the pleasant customs agent is asking banal questions..
The trip to the duty-free mall answer to the reason for entering the states question is really getting old, that's true..
Most importantly, DON'T answer any questions that haven't been asked yet..
More to this story than meets the eye, it's the curious case of the Interpol ingénue..

    1. If they spent 1% of profits on PR and Propaganda, infrastructure and programs for the poor they would be dominant. That, and lines of comm with DEA et al. That, and most didn’t learn from history. Pablo’s mistakes of trying to combine cartel power and political power, attempting to turn into a narco state w military capability is where Pablo went wrong, it’s where El Chapo went wrong, it’s where his sons went wrong. Threatening US embassies, citizens and then recently, Army barracks when His son got arrested, the US will bring every ounce of power and influence to destroy anyone who makes those strategic mistakes. El Chapo went from having a relative free pass from US as “best of the options” to completely squandering that advantage w missteps. The gringos know drugs will happen and controlling the violence is best option, but cartel leaders ruin any US support w huge mistakes. Ego and power hungry mistakes, “I’m invincible” type mindset. Beginning of the end.

El Mayo has played the game best, by far. His infrastructure investment and relations with Mexican gov and gringos has been very well managed. That’s what I’m saying, proper $ invested in PR, propaganda and the economy and gov would bring the closest to a free pass as possible. It’s shocking to me they don’t have a well run propaganda and PR system. Systematically deployed message across all social media and mainstream media. Hearts and minds baby, hearts and minds. They could
Have public approval ratings above 50% if they would stop wacking innocent citizens for nothing. One cartel could control all imo, w total support from Mexican government and even Gringo gov. Look how ugly the alternative is!!! What do I know, I’m just a drummer in a big rock band. —Mateo Gregorio Garcia
