The Fuerza Estatal de Seguridad Ciudadana (FESC), shared images and names of eleven individuals who allegedly form part of the criminal structure of the Sinaloa Cartel's Los Rusos, considered "persons of interest" with the instruction to detain them.

According to Zeta, during the last few weeks, members of the Fuerza Estatal de Seguridad Ciudadana (FESC) have had clashes and arrests with the criminal structure of the Rusos, including family members of Jesús Alexander Sánchez Félix/ Juan José Ponce Félix, alias "El Ruso".
The poster shows Jesús Alexander Sánchez Félix, alias El Ruso; Cipriano Alfonso Peralta Cázares, whose nickname is P1 or Ponchito de la Lima; Jesús Gilberto Peralta Cázares, alias El 02; and Israel Leonardo Trigueros Muñoz, alias El Isra.
Also appearing are Javier Gabriel Mora Pino, known as la Piruja; Gerardo Rueda Torres, el Tochín; Carlos Alberto Villaman Luna, known as el 61; and Jesús Aarón Barraza Estrada.
In addition, Josué Godínez Fernández, alias el Pitufo; José Manuel Cortez Islas, known as el Vallarta; and Junior Antonio Astorga López, alias el J5.
