The municipal police officers who were accused by the Attorney General's Office of being witnesses in the defense of Abraham “O”, alias “Don Rodo”, brother of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as El Mencho, leader and founder of the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation, continue to work in the Autlan de Navarro Police Station.

The police commissioner of Autlan de Navarro, Jorge Daniel Renteria Barragan, said that the police arrived at the site of the arrest in response to a call and when they arrived they realized that it was a federal operation.

"It was an event that was unknown to us. It was a federal operation. The public security elements were just doing their job, in that they went to answer a phone call, with a report that normally they do their job. We had not been notified of anything, we had no knowledge of any of that (of the investigation by the Attorney General's Office).

In the same way, he pointed out that the municipal police officers attended the hearing on their day off, so under that condition, they can act as they wish, that is why they are still working in the municipal agency.

"They were on their day off and I believe that the lawyers, the defense requested that they could go to appear because they saw some anomalies in the procedure. That is what I am aware of. Yes, they are working, remember, on their free days, the elements do what they want and I believe they were asked to do so".

He emphasized that only two elements went to testify, they were a line element and the deputy director since they were the ones who arrived at the place where the Mexican Army and the National Guard were deployed.

The head of public security in Autlan said that so far they have not been notified of any investigation by the Attorney General's Office, however the corporation he heads is open to any inquiry that may be required.

On April 29, the Attorney General's Office indicated that it would file criminal charges against the members of the police station who were witnesses of Don Rodo's defense.

"Evidencing with this, the collusion and complicity of the local police authorities, who went to the extreme of compromising their own directors of that municipal corporation, among them, the deputy director of the same. This complicit and cover-up behavior was ratified when said elements of the municipal police were presented as witnesses by the defense of the accused, in the corresponding binding hearing", said the federal agency.

Since that communication, nothing has been heard of the investigations against the officers.

On April 21, members of the National Guard observed three people on Hacienda de Iguala street, in the Hacienda del Real neighborhood in Autlan de Navarro, carrying firearms and with a belligerent attitude, who threatened them and entered the house, closing the door. According to the police, they were forced to follow these people inside the property as it was a flagrant criminal act.

At the home property, they found Abraham “O”, the supposed brother of El Mencho, who was arrested and released on the 29th of that same month.

THE FACT

Autlan de Navarro currently has 146 members.

Barney and his comrades would go stealing money 💰 and dope from those houses, he figured they are not going to call the cops and he was doing a service to the community, even though he wore a bullet proof vest, he still got hit.

    2. 10:06am Yes you hear it's all safe because CJNG controls everything right now. Everybody is in line. Ask the towns people what happened 8 or 9 years ago when they arrived. People went missing. Businesses got extorted. They are still being extorted. Everybody stays quiet because if they talk they die. Even your family will lie to you because they are afraid. Nobody will tell you the truth because they are afraid stupid. Wake up and smell the coffee. Nuff Said!!!
