Culiacán, Sinaloa - The version of the death of Raúl Carrasco, better known as 'El Chore', has circulated through social networks, but no police or authorities have confirmed it after the confrontation that took place this Sunday morning, June 23, in the community of Leopoldo Sánchez Celis, Eldorado syndicate.
If the fall of this important member of the criminal group is confirmed, the authorities would have dealt a serious blow to the organization, as this man is considered one of the most important in the security field within the criminal group.

A gun battle between military and civilians that lasted approximately 40 minutes took place early Sunday morning in the municipality of Eldorado.
According to initial information, the incident took place in a warehouse or trailer yard located on Venustiano Carranza and Vicente Guerrero avenues in the Leopoldo Sanchez Celis syndicate.
So far, a strong operation of the different armed forces of the National Defense Secretariat has been deployed in the area, with armored trucks and personnel stationed in the locality, and at least three helicopters have been used, one of which landed in the area and then took off.
The authorities have not reported whether any people were killed, wounded or arrested in the confrontation, but unofficially it was mentioned that Raul Carrasco "N", "El Chore", who is considered an important part of the security cordon of the Los Chapitos faction of the Sinaloa Cartel, died at the site.

And I’m completely aware that what I said cannot be done.. without a dictatorship. The other day I said that a dictatorship would be the only way for Mexico to get rid of the cartels without foreign intervention and I stand by my point.
And don’t even get me started with the drugs. Like I said the other day, drugs are by far the most lucrative asset that the cartels have, but even if drugs were legalized, these people would simply resort to other means for making money (such as kidnapping, extortions, robberies, human and organ trafficking etc, all things they already practice anyway, they would simply resort to them much more than now if drugs were legalized, putting the normal pupulation at even greater risk), this is why I said that they all need to be eradicated by any means necessary and without any sort of qualms.
Because if you think that those people would start living normal life for 200.000 pesos per year then it goes without saying who is the pendejo between you and me.

DeleteThis is the thing: even if magically all of the americans, nay, the entire world, stopped using drugs, or drugs became legalized, in short, even if drugs stopped being a profitable asset for the cartels, they would simply devote all of their time and energy to other criminal activities.
The problem is the criminal culture and the impunity rate, and I see no other way to change these things without a dictatorship for one or two decades.
I really don’t think that things are fixable in a democratic way, not at this point.
And when you have 175.000 people (the aproximate number of people who worked for the cartels and they are probably even more) roaming the country, sewer rats, tweakers, who have a body count in the dozen and in some cases in the hundreds, who have killed even women and little kids, well even if drugs were legalized and/or stopped being used worldwide and/or magically disappeared, the country would still have a huge problem.

The pretty much took themselves out. Now you have Chapos and Zambadas going at it. Mayos have stayed in tact for the most part, it's Chapos who have splintered after Ovidio was taken down. After that arrest, that faction of CDS has been significantly weakened. Just look at Sonora as a result. Just my theory, based on the information we have. The government is doing the right thing by hitting the plaza bosses and leaving them with weak options as replacements. Once they are all out of solid options, then it will be time for the government to move into the "vipers nest" otherwise you're going to have a shit show. So, if it landed, and then flew away, the only logical explanation is it took someone from the ground, and only logical explanations are either some soldier got seriously wounded, or someone was captured.
Helicopter landed to gas up, grab tacos and agua de horchata, this becomes clear when you study the video closely. 🤔
