The following video shows a pile of more than ten dead hired killers inside a box truck who were ambushed by enemies screaming "Sinaloa", and "FEA", and also sending a message to the Guatemala Cartel.

The meaning of FEA is highly probable Fuerzas Especiales Avendaño an armed wing of the Los Chapitos or Los Menores faction of the Sinaloa Cartel. The Avendaño last name in Sinaloa is famous for being connected to Mayo Zambada, and Los Menores or Los Chapitos top leadership in the the Sinaloa Cartel.
