" 'El Mochito' confesses to being a rapist and is executed.
A man confesses his crime on video and seconds later his head, hands, feet, and genitals are cut off.
"My name is Luis Miguel, alias 'El Mochito', this happened to me for raping my daughter and two other children"; so begins the first video in which a man confesses to the alleged abuse of minors, to then is decapitated and dismembered, including his castration.
Yesterday morning his human remains were found scattered on the Cárdenas to Comalcalco highway.
Just last Wednesday, another similar video was released, in which a man, deprived of his freedom, confessed to robberies and other crimes.
His head was found inside a cooler on the Villahermosa to Cardenas highway.
INVESTIGATION BEGINS
The State Attorney General's Office is investigating the relationship between the images disseminated on social networks and the human remains found in the Melchor Ocampo neighborhood. A cardboard found at the site suggests it could be the same victim.
According to police reports, the first video went viral on Thursday night, showing a man confessing to the alleged abuse of his daughter and two other children, minutes later, a second clip showed his decapitation.
Around 4:00 a.m., the human remains were found on the Cárdenas to Comalcalco road.
THE REST IS MISSING
At the site, hands, feet, and genitals were found, along with a yellow cardboard warning kidnappers, thieves, and child abusers that they would have a similar fate.
This suggests that the victim found could be the same one who appeared in the video hours earlier.
This Friday, one lane of traffic was closed by personnel from the State Prosecutor's Office to carry out the corresponding procedures and collect the human remains, which were taken to the amphitheater of the Forensic Medical Service.
An attempt will be made to establish the victim's identity since the rest of the body was not found."

Justice system in the U.S would put a person in jail for 2 years and then release him because he took rehabilitation classes in jail. Once out he does it again. ReplyDeleteThe US system is not bad when it comes to child molesting. The courts and the media make the crime known. When they arrive to prison they are treated like the scum trash that they are. Abused on a daily basis. Then, depending on his race, the gang culture will assign a recruit to take him out. But not until his misery and suffering has become boring. The guards inform the inmates about these pos upon their arrival. There are no secrets. I have seen it first hand. JUSTICE IS SERVED COLD AND CALCUTATED.

But the reality is that a high percentage of sicarios and especially “los pesados” are a bunch of chesters who have sex with junior high or high school girls. Cartels routinely kidnapp people either to murder or get ransom money. All cartels routinely steal cars and oil theft is one of their biggest money making schemes right now but they hate “thiefs”. Cartels hate people who hurt children but innocent children get killed caught up in crossfire during cartel hits. Cartels hate extortion and although some cartels don’t normally do this tbey will absolutely resort to this if their finances are hurting enough.

When the War On Drugs was militarised the army treated whichever area they came to as the enemy, and because they were paid almost nothing, and they were kids, and had no real training, the army was worse than any single gang in terms of murders and rapes and disappearances in states they were sent to.
