Relatives of patients at the Sinaloa Pediatric Hospital in Culiacán receive free breakfast and meals every day through coupons supposedly given by the sons of Joaquín, El Chapo Guzmán.

There is also a neighboring businessman from the city of Los Mochis, who has had his son hospitalized for months in the oncology area, for which he and his wife have to stay in a shelter and subsist with the little they have in order to continue by his 14 year old son's side, whose treatment according to the doctors can be extended for up to a year.

Among these people are others who have to subsist on the support that people, restaurants, the hospital itself and lately the children of Joaquin Guzman Loera, El Chapo Guzman, who are considered leaders of the Sinaloa Cartel, give them.
